great neighborhood great house hadto do some cleaning when we got there toilet in hallway was dirty and stained kitchen floor was sticky and no direction for tvs as to how to operate the remotes. refrigerator needed cleaned with bleach bad smell. would stay there again thank you

Clean, safe, plenty of shops around

Host was very accommodating. The house is clean, safe, and has plenty of space. There are a lot of food options around. Would stay again.

Home Away From Home

This was such a great stay for me, my spouse, and my parents during a family reunion! The kitchen was nicely supplied with spices and a replinishable pantry! We felt right at home! Location is also great! I have family who live in the Grand 55+ community and it was so close to that, plus a Target and gym that offers a 3-day pass. The house also had great amenities like lawn games and a nice sunning area! Would definitely stay again during a similar trip.

Nice house in Surprise AZ

The house was completely as advertised. It is located in an easy to navigate quiet neighborhood. The house was reasonably clean and had everything we needed. The home office/desk was a huge plus for those in my family that had to work remote. Plenty of room for us four and our parents that would come over for the evening. We’ll definitely book here again for future visits to our nearby parents.

Great Location and Cozy Surroundings!

This was a great home base for our trip to MLB spring training! Easy access to Surprise Stadium, from a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and the nearby parks, and saw many fun Arizona birds on those walks! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and basics. Everything was clean and comfortable.

overall a good experience

The property was in a good location and easy access to the whole area. The house was comfortable and enjoyed the area. The owner left the house well stocked with essentials such as coffee etc. The house was decorated very tastefully and nicely The house cleaning needing improvement, carpet could be replaced and the ceiling fan was filthy and the house could use some updating. The TV programming was a train wreck and didn't have access to local programming and the connection thur. the fire stick and Roku was slow and limited. Overall staying there was a good experience!

One Week Rental

We were very comfortable in this place. Nice neighborhood, nice yard. Inside was beautiful just like the photos. Loved the king bed and memory foam mattress. I want one at home now. The property manager provided all of the basic necessities and then some. New pots and pans are needed because almost everything is badly scratched and worn and most food sticks and is hard to clean up. We expected to have the use of a barbecue but that didn't work out. We also had some issues with the tv in the living room. It's a streaming service that often wouldn't play and voices were out of sync.

Beautiful House and Great Location

The house was beautiful and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. It was so close to everything we wanted to do while we were in town. The only downsides were that there was a dog nearby that barked a lot, even in the middle of the night, which the host cannot control. Also had some challenges with the TVs, and the VRBO link to message the host wouldn't work. Overall, the house was a good place to stay and had what we needed.

Great place to call a temporary 'home!'

We were pleasantly surprised at the decor amd comfort factor of the home - and the backyard was fun with the yard games and sum chairs. Our dogs were right at home and we were too. Quieter neighborhood and good location. Great place!

Surprise, surprise!

No unexpected elements, home was as advertised and our hostess was more than gracious and accommodating! Communication was easy and helpful. Highly recommend this property for anyone spending time in the Surprise area!

Vacation stay

The property was clean and nice. The backyard is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. I did feel a bit uneasy with all the personal property in the home, like someone was going to come home while I was there. Again a good place to stay and I’ll probably schedule again in the future

Awesome home

this property was an excellent place that we could just sit and unwind after the day of wedding prep. spent one day just relaxing and reading. Didnt go anywhere. The house was beautifully decorated. If ever in Phoenix again would like to stay there.
