Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account .

For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.

This property is highly sought after for snow-related attractions, therefore, adverse weather conditions linked to snow do not fulfill the conditions for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances. Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance.

2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.

This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.

Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.

WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

At least one guest in the party must be 21 y/o or order to check in , in case only one is 21, inform who is the person to make the reservation accordingly

2 - A hold of $115 will be placed in your card for incidentals, it will be refund upon check out ( Debit cards can take longer than credit to be refund )
