The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a guest bathroom with direct pool access. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer in the screened-in garage, along with beach gear storage. Nearby, explore miles of walking and biking trails, tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, and a 165-acre community park. Englewood, Manasota, Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Venice, and Caspersen beaches are all a short drive away. Safety measures include Ring doorbell and cameras. Note: Pool serviced on Wednesdays, optional heated pool fee available (temperature set to 85°F). For bookings longer than 30 days a midterm lease is required for all guests to sign.

Very Nice Place

We spent 9 days at this poolside bungalow and were very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our questions/concerns. It was cool at night and Chris was quick to respond to instruct on how to turn the pool heater up. You'll need a car to get around because everything is a drive to get to, particularly the beaches. We really enjoyed the beach at the south end of Porta Grande where we saw dolphins jump out of the ocean.
