Welcome to Grammy’s House! This is a one bedroom apartment, with recent updates, is located near Downtown and all major city hotspots. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. In this multi unit home, built in 1900, you will find modern updates alongside classic Pittsburgh charm. You will be minutes away from downtown, sporting arenas, and entertainment venues.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire third floor apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the basics. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Wifi is provided. Street parking is in abundance and free. A starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner is provided.

-There is ample FREE on street parking available with minimal restrictions.
-It is possible to walk to various locations including PPG Paints Arena, Downtown, and The Strip District. However, many choose to use ride share apps due to the naturally hilly nature of Pittsburgh.

This apartment does have four exterior steps to enter with single side handrail on the right side when going up. There are three additional steps up to bedrooms with single side handrail on the left side when going up.

We have been living in the Pittsburgh area since 2014 and have enjoyed experiencing the city through sporting events, local restaurants, and community offerings. Outside of Pittsburgh we love to travel and experience new cities and cultures whenever possible. Hosting travelers has been an amazing way to share our love of Pittsburgh with people from all over the world. We will be available 24/7 via text if you need any help during your stay!

This neighborhood is quiet and residential! It allows you to be close to the excitement of the city but enjoy the quiet offered by a suburb at night. This apartment is minutes from PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and all Downtown hotspots. There is amazing dining nearby including our favorites; Gaucho Parrillia Argentina and The Speckled Egg.
