NEW LAKE HOUSE HOT TUB/POOL /PRIVATE BOAT RAMP/ BOAT SLIPS+DOCK/ 4/3 SLEEPS 10

Possum kingdom Newly built lake house with private boat ramp and 6 boat slips/dock area. In close proximity to rocker B as well as the cliffs golf course and many other attractions. The private boat ramp area is gated and only people in the neighborhood can use it by entering a code and it makes getting your boat in the water a breeze because there is hardly anybody else using the boat ramp. The neighborhood is also gated and requires a code to get in as well as the pool house area .The house is newly built and comes with all the basic amenities you’ll need. There is a propane grill in the backyard along with a fireplace inside and outside. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed all of which are memory foam mattresses with memory foam toppers. The 4th bedroom contains a queen sofa bed which has a mattress topper for it as well as a double bunk bed which are both full size mattresses. Also if interested there is a 2021 centurion fi25 wakeboard boat that can be rented during your stay that comes with a captain. Surfboard, wakeboard, tube, life jackets etc included. Hot tub in backyard and community pool is a very short walk or drive from the house.

My husband and son are coaches for a travel ball team from Austin and we followed them up for a mini vacation. We were 15 minutes from the Rocker B location where the boys played! The area is beautiful, the house was amazing and laid out so very well for our "double family" to stay in. The outside area was amazing and we the host was so very accommodating for our stay. Thank you for making our weekend a good one.

Close to Rocker B for our baseball tournament. Very accommodating and amazing boat captain and first mate Rin! They took us on for a day on PK lake and we surfed, tubed and also learned wake boarding too! Great house, great host and awesome stay!!! Will return soon!

We chose this property for its proximity to Rocker B Ranch where our grandsons were playing in a baseball tournament. An easy 10 minute drive. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Without a doubt the cleanest house we’ve ever rented through VRBO. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house works very well. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner provides a lot of little extra touches making our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house just minutes away from the lake
The stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood! There were a few spiders but that’s to be expected in the country and especially a new build house. We were only a 10 minute drive from the docks where our boat was stored but of course the neighborhood one was only a 5 minute drive if we wanted to not have to drive as far but 10 minutes was not bad! All the restaurants and bars were about the same 10 minutes or under! Some really cute small towns like Mineral Wells and Graham were less than a 30 minute drive with a lot of cute shops and boutiques as well!

Beautiful Home
This home was immaculately clean. It appears as though no one has lived there on a long term basis. The pool is not at the same location as the house but the hot tub is on the patio. The pool is a community pool that is maintained and controlled by the HOA. Unless you review the description closely you will be left with the impression that the pool is in the backyard. The boat ramp and dock was exactly as described. Overall the stay was excellent and was a good value.

Great Home
We traveled to Graford for a baseball tournament at Rocker B and the location was perfect for that. Two families stayed and the layout worked great for us as well. The home was spacious and open concept, with plenty of bedrooms, clean and located in safe gated community. Unfortunately, the outdoor TV did not work with any remotes found in the house (which was a bummer for the kids). Owner’s communication (regarding a previously discussed situation) and potential charges (later withdrawn and the issue corrected) were less than ideal in an otherwise great weekend.
