Really enjoyed the stay !

Very nice home. Very comfortable and cozy. Recommend you do some research on the pizza oven as my attempt was fun but as far as culinary quality a complete failure. Hot tub was great after a long day. Would definitely stay here again

Charming

Charming and beautifully decorated. Had the needed amenities. Check in and out was easy. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs, the fenced in large backyard was great. The house is very close to the downtown area where there were lots of restaurant options.

Not what I expected

I had high expectations for my stay at this property based on the positive reviews and appealing photos, but my experience did not fully meet those expectations. Upon check-in, I noticed that the property did not look as bright or clean as depicted in the photos. There were noticeable dog hairs throughout, which stuck to my socks, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved.The kitchen was equipped with very basic cookware, which was not up to the standard of other properties I’ve stayed at under the same price point. Some items, like the pans and spatulas, were worn out, and the glasses and plates were not clean upon arrival. While the host did send someone to clean the floors after I raised concerns, the response to my request for better kitchen items was less helpful. For example, when I asked for a suitable spatula, I was advised to use a large metal one meant for the BBQ, which I found impractical.I would suggest that the host invest in better cookware and utensils to enhance the cooking experience for guests and implement stricter cleaning measures, especially for properties where pets are allowed.On a positive note, the house is conveniently located near Graham Town, which is a nice area to visit, although the neighboring houses felt a bit less secure.

Small town charmer

This property captures the small town feel and Southern hospitality experience. Close enough to walk to the town square and still a comfortable, quiet and calm place to sleep. This home is central enough to get to everywhere we wanted to go and comfortable enough to just stay and "sit a spell". The host made checking in and staying easy.

Beautiful home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. It was a lovely property identical to the pictures. The home was beautiful, well maintained and decorated wonderfully. There was ample space and plenty of games to play. The kitchen was my favorite- a lovely gathering space.i recommend!

Very clean and comfortable house. Only one shower had hot water, the other had no pressure to even get under. The neighborhood was not where I felt comfortable to really walk around.

Graham Visit

First time renting a house. Great experience for us. Aubrey answered all questions (probably more than usual since it was our first time) very quickly. Took our dog and house was great for her as well. House was clean and pretty much looked exactly like on line pictures. Very clean and bright. Close to Main Street so we walked our dog down there daily. Shops on Main Street are cute and dog friendly. Everyone in town was very nice. Would definitely recommend this home and the town of Graham.

What a Gem!

We were in Graham for a wedding and loved our stay! The yard is awesome, the house is roomy and well stocked, and we loved the decor. We walked to downtown everyday and found some really cool little breweries ans shops. If we are ever in Graham again we would stat here!

A lovely home with a great kitchen

We had a very positive experience at this home. The host was responsive and flexible. The open and well-appointed kitchen allowed us to stay in for a couple of nights and cook for ourselves. We also enjoyed the games that were provided as well as the lovely patio and fenced backyard. The copious lightning bugs at dusk were a big plus, too. The Graham town square was within walking distance. We enjoyed browsing in the shops, restaurants, outdoor outfitter, artisan gallery, and local brewery. It was a really special place for a family gathering. I highly recommend it.

Ghram visit

The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.

Delightful stay!! Fabulous place!

This is a lovely, quiet, comfortable house, lovely furnishings, and everything you could need. We loved it!! I had some issues with the VRBO app, but the homeowner is wonderful! She fixed everything quickly, and was a delight to work with. I hope to come back!!

Originally from Charlotte, we moved our family to this area & began hosting on VRBO. We loved to travel, & bring our corgis along for the fun. We love hosting & sharing our fun spaces so people can enjoy their getaways!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is such a short distance & walk away from a fun downtown area. Great restaurants, breweries, coffee/crepery, ice cream shops, a 1920’s speakeasy & many shops, we love to walk around and grab a quick coffee or stroll around when there are events going on in the area. You can Uber or Instacart anything here, and this quiet spot has its very own private backyard for entertaining at home if you just want to stay in as well.

What makes this property unique

This home features a custom made outdoor fireplace/pizza oven in front of a paved outdoor dining table that seats 6. The private backyard also includes a saucer swing under a very shady pecan tree for the kids or anyone that loves to swing. Newly added bumper pool table in the dining area doubles as a dining table with its custom made dining top that unlatches and removes if you want to play a 2 person game of bumper pool.

The spacious 2 bedrooms each feature a queen bed with luxury bedding, and also has an extra queen size air bed in one room & a queen size CordaRoy Beanbag bed in the other, along with a playpen for an infant/toddler.

It’s fully stocked kitchen with counter seating, has everything your vacation will need if you love to cook at home. All the amenities in the kitchen will not have you missing your own kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, crockpot, pots/pans & cooking utensils & we also have children’s dinnerware. Stocked with lots of bar-ware, you can have a great night with music, drinks, dinner & playing bumper pool or even board games.

Check out the stone pizza oven or propane grill out back for a night outside under the lighted patio area.
