Our beautiful two (2) bedroom home with pool is the perfect place for family, friends and guest. Located in the heart of Sunrise, FL you will be close to everything including malls, stores, restaurants and much more when you stay at this centrally-located space. It has a beautiful backyard with a newly remodeled pool and side patio adjacent to both bedrooms to enjoy the warm South Florida sun. The property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale beach, 10 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and 3 minutes from the Florida Turnpike. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a feast for your family. There is free Wi-Fi available so you can sit back relax and watch your favorite streaming services on the TV.

Horrible and Vrbo is not helpful

Host never responded after taking our money. Vrbo made me wait til check in time to cancel my booking and did not help me find another place! I was stranded in a city I do not live it spent all my vacation time finding new hotels. I blame Vrbo for not doing more for customers

No communication

Never got a reply from anyone with this property, contacted VRBO when I was at the property and even they could not get in touch with anyone. Had to stay at a hotel for my wife and I and my son and his wife had to get a room also! VRBO offered me a deal that I Had to pay out of pocket scrambling to find a place and will not get reimbursed because all the emails sent to me are no reply emails. I’m done!!! End of story

BEWARE!!!

First off- the house is not listed properly and does not have a hot tub. It is located in the ghetto and I did not feel safe. Lots of homelessness and prostitution that was evident in the neighborhood. The pool was in rough shape and there is a pile of debris outside next to the back door. Ants crawling all around that were almost impossible to get rid of and the house was not as clean as you would want for vacation for 4 nights. MOST IMPORTANTLY.... I paid IN FULL and the host was ignoring all of my messages. Check in was at 3pm and I drove from Michigan to Florida and by check in, she still had not provided ANY check in information. I was stranded with my family and on hold with a Vrbo agent for almost two hours trying to get in touch with the host. STILL NO LUCK. We stopped at a beach to try to figure out what to do next. Finally she sent a message two hours AFTER check in, to say she had "technical difficulties with the Vrbo app", but that doesn't account for her ignoring their calls. Please, please, beware of this host and this property. The feeling I had of being stranded with my children was horrible. She ended up claiming she would credit me half a day for the inconvenience but SHE IS STILL IGNORING MY MESSAGES!! DONT DO IT.

No toasterWhole in a bedroom doorBack door loose and hard to closeToilet seat loose and moving when you sit Outside not cleanA corner of the backyard has junk with a tarp over the pileLittle ants in bedroomCeiling fans (bedrooms and living room) don't workVery hot - ac does not seem to work, would not go lower than 73F!!!Showers are good - water temperature and pressure was good.The toilet in the master bedroom did not flush.No communication whatsoever with the host through The VRBO app. I left messages on there for the host and never got a response. They replied only by phone.No information given about garbage and recycling pickup. We stayed there for a month and no one came to take care of the garbage.There is a tree in the backyard that was dropping some kind of seeds and leaves that would fall in pool and the grounds on patio tiles and made it disgusting. I had to broom the patio a couple times a day. There should a book or something providing all the necessary information about services (garbage, recycling, pool services ect), restaurants (take out, delivery, dine in ), groceries, shopping, beaches ect in the area, activities in the area, important phone number,. I had to call the host when the pool started to turn green. Very confortable beds, lots if beddings and towels. Excellent appliances, washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Plenty of soap, dishsoap,shampoo, bodywash. Well decorated but definitely need a pool heater to enjoy the pool.
