Enjoy your morning coffee on the side deck while hearing the waves crash on the shore snd taking in the morning breeze. You can smell the ocean and have a small view from this Downstairs condo that is between 6 & 7th Streets on East Gorrie Drive. Walk a few steps across the road and you are on the private beach path to the beautiful Gulf of America. Sleeps 3 adults maximum. If you plan to bring your pet, please include that with your initial request along the breed and weight of your pet. We do make exceptions on weight of pet. We recommend you purchase travel insurance since you are on a barrier Island. Travel insurance protects your investment and allows you to cancel in case of last minute changes arise. Location is nice!

We had a rocky start as there was a concern with the original rental, but the owner was very kind to work with us to accommodate the issue and make things right. The location is great as it is right across from a beach access & you can walk easily in no time to have your feet in the same. Loved that the condo is pet friendly & our pups got to enjoy the beach too!

December stay

The property is lovely, with a great location right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our stay, appreciated the holiday gift basket, and found that everything we needed was provided to make our stay comfortable. The only possible improvement would be better lighting in the dining and living area. Away from the beach, we are avid readers, not so much TV watchers, and would appreciate a little higher wattage. Otherwise, can't say enough nice things about staying here with our large dog, who adores the front window, and we will come again.

Perfect place to get away for a single person and pet. Offers privacy and steps away from the beach. Nice deck to sit on and a front porch as well. I love coming here. Phyllis is great and quick to answer any questions. My second stay and I will be returning!

We had a great long weekend with our pup in this rental. It’s small but cozy and across the street from beach access. The big window in the front is nice to look out.

Great Stay!

We loved staying in the house! It was the perfect size for a couple and a very short walk to the beach. We had a minor plumbing issue that was taken care of within a few hours! The yard could have used some tender loving care. All in all it was a great stay.

I was unable to get into the VRBO site. I tried multiple times, they would send me a code, I would enter it and it wouldn't work. Because of this I had no communication with the home owner including how to leave the house, dirty towels ect. I did the best I could. This was very frustrating!

Great place across the street from the beach just as advertised. It’s close enough to everything but not too close. It was a great quiet and relaxing vacation. The property owner is very helpful & responsive to messages. I would highly recommend.

Flamingo St George Island

Nice size downstairs 1 bedroom apartment. Window A/C units that get pretty cold if needed. Property Manager went well above and beyond making our stay stress free. Only issue I noticed is living room tv would not power on no matter what you tried (tv in bedroom works fine).
