Located at Colony I, just 5 minutes from Sunset Beach and the Sunset Beach Park, this all-suite condo includes access to a seasonal pool and tennis courts, as well as a grilling and picnic area. Golfers will delight in a great community surrounded by the Oyster Bay Golf course and many others in the surrounding areas.
