Ski-in two-level Condo with Hot Tub, TPA305
Magnificent luxury ski-in, ski-out condo located at Townsend Place in Beaver Creek Village. This is the perfect Colorado mountain vacation rental location that enjoys vaulted ceilings and stunning views from the third-floor balcony. No traffic noise; instead listen to the soothing sounds of the creek itself when you open the balcony door. Walk a short distance to all the amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts/gondola and entertainment of Beaver Creek Village. The large outdoor hot tub is just outside the back door.
FEATURES: 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed and extra twin day bed, LCD TV and a private full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a twin bed next to a queen bunk bed, with a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Please NOTE: Elevator to main entrance, king bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Stairs only to second bedroom.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
