Welcome the luxurious accommodations of the Lyric at Norton Commons. The Norton Commons neighborhood is an extremely walkable, mixed use development with shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. This unit is offered as a partnership with Watch Hill Proper, Louisville's premier bourbon destination. This unique partnership allows our guests the opportunity to participate in exclusive bourbon experiences, tastings, food pairings, and even private barrel selection.
The living space itself is extremely spacious and updated. Upon entering you will be greeted by the open concept with 10 foot ceilings. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops is stocked and ready for basic cooking. Each bedroom is equipped with king size, memory foam mattresses perfect for sleeping off a day on the bourbon trail. Two full bathrooms (one with a tub shower combo and the other with a stand up shower) are connected to the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has "Jack and Jill" doors for easy access from the common area.
Step out on to the rear covered patio with views overlooking the pool and Zen courtyard areas, enjoy a movie or a game in the theater lounge, or be still and calm in the meditation room. Free covered parking is readily available in the attached parking garage.

**PLEASE NOTE** - This unit is subleased as a short term rental. The short term rental accommodations offered at this unit are subject to all terms of the lease agreement between the lessor and the lessee. Violation of any terms of the lease agreement will result in additional fines, removal from the property, and potentially criminal penalties.
PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Pets and Emotional Support animals are NOT allowed at this unit. We are aware of and fully comply with all local and federal regulations regarding Service Animals. However, online booking platforms indicate that a Host may qualify for an exemption in certain circumstances including but not limited to HOA/Landlord/Building Requirements: "The Host States that they cannot accept Service Animals at the risk of fines, legal action, or eviction for violating HOA, landlord, or building restrictions for breeds, animals, or Service Animals". The online booking platforms require that we obtain written documentation of the lease as it pertains to service animals. This written documentation reads:
"Apartment management will authorize an assistance animal for a disabled person. When allowed by applicable laws, before we authorize an assistance animal, if the disability is not readily apparent, we may require a written statement from a qualified professional verifying the disability-related need for the assistance animal. If we authorize an assistance animal, we may require you to execute a separate animal and /or assistance animal addendum.
Animal deposits, additional rents, fees or other charges will not be required for an assistance animal needed due to disability, as authorized under federal, state, or local law."
In most cases we will not be able to accept service animals due to the Landlord/Lease exemption. In some cases where a service animal requires a specific function for a guest, the guest must participate in a screening process performed by apartment management. This screening MUST be scheduled with Apartment Management at least 30 days prior to check in. Written approval from Apartment Management must be obtained and given to the host prior to check in.
RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.
WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!
NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home
CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST
NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.
NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.
PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
