Walk to Brew Haus, Gary’s Restaurant and Verona Beach State Park. Sylvan Beach 1 minute drive. 10 minutes to Turning Stone Casino. Uber available. Bbq and fire pit for your use. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Relax by the duck pond or walk the trails of the State Park. Always peaceful here. Attention to detail. Always spotless for your arrival. Tv in bedroom and living room. Hot plate allows you to cook breakfast or dinner. Large yard with plenty of places to relax. Grill , chairs, fire pit and corn hole for your enjoyment.

Great stay, highly recommend

The property was very close to the beach and was very clean and cared for. The TV's in both the main room and bedroom were very nice. Solid stay, would recommend to any 1 or 2 person group looking to stay near the beach and Turning Stone or Lake House Casino.

Great overnight

We have a camp in Sylvan Beach but our water is still off for winter so we choose Julie's property for a quick overnight stay.Impeccably clean and toasty warm on a cold night we had a great stay.

This place was really nice and clean, nice and comfortable and intimate. The casino being 13 mins away was great. I would book again, Julie is an amazing host!

Absolutely fantastic!

I flew up from Florida to visit my son for the weekend, and this place was perfect for our needs. 30 minutes from the mall and airport. I plan on booking again in the future!

Super Little Place with Super Owners

This is our third time staying at this little place. We have an anxious dog that we cant leave home and they are so accomodating with our pet. We returned over Christmas for my father's funeral and Julie, the owner, was so kind to make sure our dog was comfortable when we were away at the service. A great, comfortable clean little place with everything you need for a short home away from home

Extremely clean, quiet, very comfortable

Extremely clean and cozy stay. Climate controled, and perfect amounts of comforts of home. Sylvan Beach and area were perfect to stay busy at reasonable cost and a relaxing pace for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed a short trip to Turning Stone casino, and other smaller sister casinos, one located right in Sylvan Beach. Julie our host even left food for feeding on sight ducks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I can't say enough about my stay at this rental. Julie the owner was so helpful and was there to make sure we got in okay. The rental was very clean and attractive. Poker getaway

This was a nice and cozy place to stay when not playing poker at the casino. It was very clean and the decor was just so appealing. Very comfortable place to stay. Would def recommend. Julie is an exceptional host. Nice little hidden gem.

Upstate Eclipse Getaway

The place was perfect for us - a couple with two dogs - to stay for a couple of days to catch the eclipse totality. The main things for us are cleanliness and the bed being comfortable, and both of those were great. The two giant televisions were very nice, and the kitchen had what we needed. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is small and there's not a ton of seating or an oven, so probably not a place to stay for more than a few days, for most people. But we would not hesitate to come back, it was a great stay with nice hosts who invited us to their eclipse-viewing gathering. Thanks, Julie!

Sweet little studio

This little studio apartment was freshly prepared and beautifully designed for our stay. A cozy little place to lay our heads while visiting family for the holidays! The heater was a little tricky to get set at first, but we found an online manual to clarify and it ultimately worked well. I'd recommend bringing a pair of slippers as the flooring can be a bit chilly during winter months. Otherwise, a perfect little spot for an affordable rate. The lovely selection of tea and coffee and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Having a nice dog friendly space was much appreciated.

Cozy apartment

Very nice little apartment. The host included some thoughtful touches, and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that the host did not leave a list of check-out chores to complete, though I did try to leave everything as tidy as possible. One small suggestion: it might be nice to provide a broom and dustpan for people who wish to keep the floor swept up. I took off my shoes on the porch, as requested, but I still got crumbs and whatnot on the floor, and I wanted to clean them up for my own comfort.
