Newly renovated two-bedroom two-bath condo with magnificent ocean views from your 24' x 6' balcony over looking the ocean . Property features include: elevator, cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, outdoor grills, 2 outdoor pools, and children's play area. Sleeping arrangements include: Two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa(BEGINNING JUNE 1ST, SHEETS FOR THE SLEEPER SOFA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED) In-suite washer and dryer, Well equipped kitchen with SS. appliances, convection oven, granite counter tops and island(PLEASE GRILL SEAFOOD ON THE GRILLS PROVIDED OUTDOORS) Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit.

Home Away From Home

Beautiful updated condo that is cozy and comfy.. not your typical beach condo. Very homey with phenomenal views!! Close enough to all the action yet far enough south that it is not to crowded. The only one I ever rent. Owner is very responsive as well.

Sister's Retreat

We vacation at the beach annually, and have stayed in many places, but this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed. Upon entering, the condo was just lovely. Kitchen was amply stocked with everything you would need, and just a clean and inviting unit. The elevator worked the entire time, and the property owner was just very helpful in answering any questions prior to our arrival.

Great vacation

Our family had a great vacation to the Outer Banks staying here. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we loved being right on the beach. There are a few things we would have liked to know for planning purposes including that would be that we had to provide our own toilet paper/paper towels and hand soap. They also had a coffee machine that took both k-cups and grounds if that's helpful to anyone. We do wish that we had brought some games/puzzles, as unlike other rentals we have stayed at, this had none. Overall it was a wonderful vacation with our family and we would be very happy to stay here again for a future trip to the OBX.

The property was just like the pictures on the website. Very clean, nicely decorated and a perfect location. The bacony overlooking the ocean was great to relax on and get the salty air ocean calm fix. Plan to stay again if available!

Excellent Stay

This was our second time at Jim's property. It was clean and the view can't be beat. He was very responsive also. My only suggestion would be to get new beds, but that did not take away from our stay. We hope to stay again next year!

Nice Place

It is a very nice recently refurbished rental. Its in a great location and the view is awesome! Now....the bad .....not the property owners fault. The elevator was not working and the rental is on the 3rd floor. Getting my 81 yr old mother up and down those steps was not a fun thing. Again...not the property owners fault. There could have been more Amenities left....such as paper towels...toilet paper...dish towels. But overall....a good place to stay.

Condo was comfortable, clean, roomy. Very well stocked kitchen. The owner was wonderful to work with

It was a difficult 7 days, although the Condo its self was great. When we arrived we found the elevator not working, and we were on the 3rd level. We were told it would be fixed in a couple days. It was out of service our entire 7 day stay. It was said there were two pools, but One was empty the other was filled with algae water. It was centrally located, easy to get around the area.

Perfect OBX vacation spot

This is a great condo for an OBX getaway. The ocean views from the balcony are perfect -- we saw dolphins and various flights of birds. My sister and I had a great time. We had no problems cooking here -- we were amazed at all the cookware available and the great appliances. Also loved being able to watch Jeopardy and movies when we wanted -- TV was great. This is a perfect location on the OBX, close to anything you could need. Elevator to the top floor, for the win! We'd love to stay at this place again.

Surf, sea and sand

We wanted to stay at a condo with a balcony right on the beach. We looked for the right place and this condo had 2 bedrooms with a nice sized bed in each room. The condo was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The experience was fantastic.

Perfect home away from home

It's located in a quiet residential area but still close to activities. Plenty of parking. Even a wagon to help get our luggage to the condo so we didn't have to make so many trips. I stepped inside and it took my breath away at how beautiful it was. It was just my adult daughter and I. We each had our own bedroom with connected bathroom. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Great pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The perfect place for us to spend Christmas. We didn't want to leave. From now on this will be our go to place. Can't wait to go again.

Lovely beach accomodation

This condo was clean, well stocked, very comfortable and perfectly located to head in any direction from Nags Head. Beautiful view from the balcony over the ocean. Had everything we needed. A great spot! Really enjoyed our stay there! Just be aware the elevator shuts down for a few minutes every hour to reheat the oil, so be patient if you are loading or unloading. Happened to me both times but was ready every other time.

Great condo, great location.

The place was awesome. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Had an issue with the elevator that I reported and they had so eone there the next morning. Super responsive!!!. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, preferably when warmer.

Great Location, Cut Place

It was a super location in a cute condo! Loved the beautiful view from the bed in the morning, you see the sun rise! The balcony was perfect and loved the tall chairs to sit on. The only thing we were not happy about was the uncleanliness. The coffee maker and Keurig were very dirty. So, my husband was not happy about having to go out for his coffee in the morning. We wanted extra blankets because I was a little chilly, but the extra blankets were dirty and laying balled up on the closet floor, in both rooms. Everything was super dusty, I run my finger across the dining room table and left an obvious line from the amount of dust lying there. And there was black mold on the inside lining on the shower curtain. I had more, but VBRO would not let me include it.

Perfect Beach Front Condo

The condo is spacious, incredibly clean and well appointed. Our host James was super accommodating and an excellent communicator. The view and location were perfect! The balcony was a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and enjoy our morning coffee. Although the weather didn’t quite cooperate our first couple of days, we got to relax on the comfy sof and still enjoy the great ocean-front view. Looking forward to another trip to OBX and renting this condo!

Great location with lovely updates

The condo is overall great! Location is fabulous and the condo is beautifully furnished. This year there were some cleanliness issues in the second bathroom and a couple of minor issues with the second bedroom. Just needs a little more attention. Also I cook when we are there and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, including serving dishes. I love this condo and hope to come back. These suggestions are intended to make a great rental even better!

Bluegrass island stay 2023

The ocean view with the balcony was perfect along with perfect weather. All our needs and expectations were met. Easy parking, beach access and access to the condo with an elevator to the top floor. We highly recommend the Blue Moon Beach Grill for lunch or dinner. Reservations are hard to get.
