CHECK-IN | 4PM
Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 9pm, you must contact our host team at least 24 hours prior to check-in to confirm late arrival access. Should you request an early check-in, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. While we can't guarantee an early check-in, we will let you know as soon as the cleaning team has the space ready for you.
CHECK-OUT | 11AM
Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late check-out should be directed at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be granted when possible for an additional charge of $50 to upgrade your check-out time to 1pm.
GETTING THERE
It's about 5 minutes from Canal Park down Minnesota Ave. Just beyond the first public beach parking lot.
PARKING
There is one parking spot on site for guests as well as free street parking.
ENTRY
Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

Duluth's many miles of beach is the closest popular attraction! We are also centrally located to Canal Park, Lester River, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants!
CHECK IN
4pm - 10pm CT
Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 9 pm, you must contact our staff in advance to arrange a late arrival. Should you prefer an earlier arrival time, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
STAFFING / Emergencies
Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 8am-9pm. We are always happy to help. We recommend calling 911 for emergencies.
CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.
The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE by the credit card given at check-in and also gives WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE authorization to do so should damage occur.
CONCIERGE
Concierge is available by text between the hours of 8am - 9pm. We are always happy to guide your journey - from local recommendations, reservations and more. For emergencies, always contact 911.

PET POLICY
Waypoint Collective is a dog-friendly host. We welcome 2 well-socialized, well-trained dogs, under 50 pounds, per reservation for a $99/dog fee per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or cabins for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. Please add your dog to the reservation upon booking.
PARKING
Complementary guest parking is available at your abode next to the house on the drive way. Two-three parking spots are available. Street parking is also available. Trailer and camper parking is not available.
SMOKING
No smoking of any kind allowed indoors - any odor or evidence in the loft will result in a $500 fee.
EVENTS
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors and be respectful of the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
GUESTS
People other than those in the Guest Party Roster set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on and in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
CLEANLINESS
No shoes inside - please remove shoes at space entry. If excessive cleaning is required due to your party, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down any toilet. No Feminine products should be flushed in any toilet at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
PHOTOGRAPHY
No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host at least 30 days in advance.
LOST & FOUND POLICY
Your host is not responsible for left behind or lost items. If something was lost, please contact our Concierge to locate the missing item. If found, we will gladly send it home to you for the cost of shipping & handling.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a stay at our collection of stays. No exceptions.
DAMAGE POLICY
If damage to the property, furnishings, landscaping and other in-stay enhancements; please report immediately to your host. If guest at fault, repair and replacement will be assessed by management and a damage fee assessed at the discretion of the host.
QUIET HOURS
Respecting our neighbors is important to us. Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
MAIL + PACKAGES
Mail service is not available at any of Waypoint Collective properties. Please refrain from mailing packages to the property and contact the USPS for guidance.
EVENT INQUIRIES
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
