Guests will have exclusive access to the property and will have self-check-in except for the wine-tasting room, garage, and storage spaces.


Other things to note

★POOL HEATING:
Enjoy our heated pool for relaxation and pleasure during your stay.
Pool heating fee: $250 turn on fee + $150 per day.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Please note that we require at least 24 hours advance notice to heat the pool.

★DOG
Only 1 dog weighing up to 55 lbs is permitted on the property during your stay. Additionally, there is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $100 and a pet contract that you will need to sign. For all direct bookings, there is also a $500 pet deposit.


Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
