Gulf Breeze Condo w Pool Access!
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 1100 sq ft. This newly remodeled condo offers new kitchen appliances, TVs in both bedrooms and an 80" living room TV with surround sound speakers and Bluetooth. As a guest of the complex you have access to the shared swimming pool as well as the clubhouse that includes a lounge, exercise equipment and an infrared sauna. This gem is located 4 minutes from Pensacola Beach.

Prior to booking, it is important to be aware of some specific rules that all guests are required to follow that have been set forth by the condominium association:
1. When booking, it is required that the guests stay at least seven (7) consecutive nights. No shorter stays are allowed.
2. Prior to check-in, guests must provide the following information:
- names of any child or adult who will be staying or visiting the condo unit
- contact phone number for each of these individuals
- the dates of arrival and departure for each individual
3. Prior to check-in, guests must provide car make, color and license plate info for all vehicles that will be parked in the parking lot adjacent to the unit.
Failure to provide the above information prior to check-in WILL result in cancellation of your booking and any penalties associated with cancellation.
Also prior to check-in, a hold will be place for a fully-refundable $500 security deposit. This hold will be released 7 business days after checkout if there are no issues during the stay or on the day of checkout. The deposit covers any potential damages, unusual cleaning needed at checkout or violation of house rules. Violations include but are not limited to:
1. No smoking of any kind inside the house (no smell or physical evidence). Smoking is permitted outside only using the provided ashtrays.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors on the property without pre-approval. The number of guests should not exceed the number you indicate when making the reservation. No unregistered guests permitted on the property at any time.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. No unapproved parties or loud noise during quiet hours. Quiet time is 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down.
4. No damage to the property or its furnishings (beyond normal wear and tear)
5. No food or drink in the bedrooms
6. No items missing from the property
7. NO PETS. This property has a No Pet policy.
8. There is a key on the back of the door to get into the pool area and the clubhouse where the exercise equipment & infrared sauna are located. Return the key to the back of the door when checking out. If the key is not returned, $25 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Our desire is to create a memorable and positive experience for you, for the neighbors and for future guests. We feel these are reasonable requests and hope you do as well.
There is free parking available at any open parking spot near the condo unit.
Staff could be on property to maintain the fenced yard and spaces. We will attempt to give advanced notice before arriving. Staff will never enter your private space without permission or your request.
We do occasionally make exceptions to the above rules. You must inquire prior to booking to receive pre-approval. Thank you!
At time of checkout: All dishes must be washed and put away. Microwave must be cleaned out and the grill must be cleaned if it was used. The refrigerator must be cleaned out. Towels can be put in the tub. All garbage must be taken to the outside bins located at the end of the parking lot.
Checkout is at 10am or before. There will be a $50 fine for each hour past 10am and $25 if guests check out past 10:15am. This fine does not constitute an agreement for late checkout. This is a large space and takes the entirety of the time to clean and sanitize and our cleaners are often on a tight schedule.
Contact us immediately if anything is amiss. We will do our best to rectify any situation! We appreciate our guests and hope that you enjoy the condo! We always strive for a 5-star experience.
