Casa Maravilhosa!

A casa é excelente, com todos os utensílios de primeira, organizada, ampla e bem equipada. O condomínio também bem cuidado e com funcionários muito bem educados. Da casa da pra descer a pé para a praia, que na minha opinião é uma das melhores praias de Ilhabela. Dá uma sensação de estar nadando dentro de um aquário. rs O serviço de praia oferecido pelo condomínio também é muito bom com preços justos e menu bem variado. E para finalizar, a anfitriã é muito simpática e tirou todas nossas dúvidas antes da ida. Voltaremos em breve!

Casa bem nova e estruturada - praia e condomínio ótimos

A casa está muito bem estruturada, tudo que está anunciado funciona corretamente, muito confortável (fomos em 4 adultos e 4 crianças). O Condomínio tem uma estrutura muito boa que inclui um ponto de apoio na Praia do Curral com mesas e cadeiras. A praia também é muito boa para as crianças brincarem, super tranquila e sem ondas. A Anfitriã, Ester, nos deu o suporte necessário no início para que a gente se instalasse bem, depois foi só curtir os dias de férias.

Casa maravilhosa

A casa é enorme, bem equipada, arejada e confortável. Decorada com bom gosto, quartos e chuveiros ótimos. Acolhe muito bem 8 pessoas. O acesso à casa é feito por escadas, pouco acessível para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade. O condomínio é seguro e tem uma piscina excelente. A praia é pequena, mas tranquila e muito bonita. Há um pequeno centro de compras a curta distância de carro. lhabela é linda, mas é essencial usar repelente o tempo todo.

Needs TLC, Owner Kind and Accessible

My husband, children (ages 3 and 6), and a family friend flew to Ihlabela from southern Africa. We found this apartment complex to be in a great location on a busy island. The owner was quite responsive when we raised some concerns, though the issues will require more substantive time to resolve within the property. With some critical repairs of internal and external bannisters and intensive cleaning of areas that retain a urine smell (cat or child's urine), this would be a comfortable place. PROs: - Nice distribution of rooms - Beautiful surroundings - we loved eating each meal outside - Lovely beach condo complex, with phenomenal staff (the staff keeps the complex calm / cautioned neighbors to keep late-night party quiet) - beautiful table outside on deck / dining table - short walk up to condo amenities; walkable distance to beach (though hills are steep) CONs: - the upstairs/indoor banister was frightfully wobbly - with visible cracks where the banister attaches to the floor/ceiling. Because of these, we didn't feel at ease. Thankfully - our children quickly learned to touch the walls to walk up/down the stairs - external banisters all needed repair: my husband decided that the outdoors patio was "off-limits" for the kids when a piece of the railing broke off and into my three year old's hand. - strong smell of urine in the entry way (under the rocks and some padding beneath the stairs) and in the kitchen/deck area. Yacamina staff came in to inspect/understand the issue and thought a child had persistently peed inside the house in these places (we originally assumed they had a cat) Considerations (for awareness): - owner was helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, along with the condominium staff; - no salt, pepper or coffee filters. It was quite difficult to find cone-shaped coffee filters (plan ahead and buy some on the main land); - one small and towel provided per guest (one month after we booked, the owner noted that towels and linens require an extra charge; HomeAway sorted this out to ensure this was not the case as it was not noted in the listing. In the end, the owner provided low quality and small towels that were not absorbent thankfully it was warm and this wasn't a major issue.) - no beach towels were provided (a headache for most travelers); - furniture, beds, fixtures and decor is quite dated; - bathrooms are nice / decent fixtures; - a number of cooking appliances are in the unit, which was helpful for us.

Conforto e beleza

O condomínio é espetacular e com infra de hotel. Tem piscina, salão de jogos, sauna, brinquedoteca. Não sei se somente na alta temporada, mas havia até recreação o que nos ajudou muito nos dois dias de chuva que pegamos. Estávamos em 8 adultos, 3 crianças e um bebê e a casa nos abrigou muito bem. As fotos condizem fielmente com a realidade e totalmente equipada. Muito confortável e prática. O condomínio possui serviço de van que leva os hóspedes a qualquer parte dentro dele. Como as ruas são muito íngremes, ajuda muito. Mas a casa fica muito perto da piscina e fomos a pé, então usamos somente para a portaria. Da portaria para a praia é só atravessar a rua, onde há serviço privativo com mesas, cadeiras, guarda-sóis, deck com espreguiçadeiras e serviço de bar, que apesar do padrão do condomínio, tem preço justo. Sem contar a prestação de serviços de todo o condomínio e cordialidade. E falando em gentileza, a Dona Ester é muito atenciosa e rápida nos auxílios que precisamos. Recomendadíssimo.

Desfrute de um paraíso

Geralmente quando alugamos algum imóvel vêm sempre o medo de que as fotos sejam diferentes da realidade. Porem isso não aconteceu, como nas fotos, a casa é muito confortável, linda e limpa. Com louças e móveis em perfeito estado. Possui 3 quartos porem comporta confortavelmente 10 pessoas. O condomínio é lindíssimo, seguro, organizado e limpo, Possui uma piscina maravilhosa, além de academia e outros atributos como o serviço de vans para levar os hospedes até a praia. A praia do Curral é linda, sem ondas e o condomínio oferece todo o Conforto, com o serviço de praia, para os hóspedes de qualquer idade. Além disso os proprietários são muito gentis. Voltarei com certeza muitas outras vezes.

Perfeito!

Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados nesse imóvel de 09/02/2017 a 12/02/2017. Fomos em 10 pessoas e um bebê. Imóvel realmente condiz com o que anunciado. Tudo funciona, muito bem limpo, muito bem cuidado. Todos os utensílios anunciados realmente estão lá. Quanto ao imóvel, tudo é excelente, e isso sem contar a atenção que a proprietária presta. Recomendo, com toda certeza. Quanto ao condomínio, também não temos do que reclamar. A atenção dada pelos funcionários é excelente. O condomínio ainda te oferece serviço de van, que te leva para qualquer local dentro do condomínio - já que é muito íngreme e andar a pé pode ser um problema - da casa para piscina, da piscina para a portaria, da casa para a portaria, da portaria para a casa, enfim, para onde você quiser e puder ir dentro do condomínio. Eles ainda te oferecem piscina o dia todo, academia, serviço de bar (custo a parte) e suporte de praia como cadeiras, mesas, espreguiçadeiras, etc, sem custo nenhum. Você não precisa se preocupar em levar guarda sol, cadeiras, barracas, nada disso; entrada e saída da praia, ducha e área reservada na areia para usuários do condomínio. Segurança 24 Hrs. Como a casa, também recomendo. Quanto a Ilhabela, não há que se comentar, é lindo, praias calmas, cidade bem aconchegante, recomendo também. A única questão que faço um alerta é sobre os mosquitos. Lá tem muito, e não adianta achar que passar repelente funciona, porque, não funciona 100%. Se vc decidir ir pra Ilhabela, já vá tendo certeza que irá tomar picada. Mas fique tranquilo com relação a transmissão de doenças e tudo mais, lá o mosquito que existe é do tipo borrachudo, que não transmite doenças, apenas te dá uma leve coceira. E, depois do primeiro dia também, você acaba de acostumando com os mosquitos, e não se tornar um grande problema no fim das contas.

Estadia agradável!

A casa é ótima, super equipada, limpa, com muitas portas e janelas que dão vista a uma mata. Acordamos com os barulhos dos pássaros todos os dias. As suítes são espaçosas e todas com ar condicionado! Passamos dias muito agradáveis no imóvel. O condomínio onde a casa se encontra é excelente. Possui uma ótima localização, piscina grande e com aguas quentes, academia, quadras. Possui ainda um serviço de van para levar até a área da piscina e a praia. O condomínio possui também uma ótima estrutura de Praia do Curral, com restaurante, um deck de madeira com cadeiras e mesas, mesas e guarda-sóis na praia, ducha, banheiros e garçons. A Sra. Ester é também muito solicita e prestativa. Passamos ótimos dias em Ilhabela!
