Relax with spectacular views of the lake, mountains, resort, floating stage and the Ponte Vecchio Bridge (replica of the famous bridge in Florence, Italy). This three bedroom suite offers unmatched comfort for the entire family, or those parties requiring 3 full bedrooms (2 King/1 Queen). This unit is on the Second Floor northwest corner of the complex (upper left corner of “U” shape building), Lobby Level, and is the best location for enjoying the Friday and Saturday night concerts on the lake. Walk out the condo and down the stairs to enjoy MonteLago Village, with specialty shops, and restaurants.

This is probably the best condo we've stayed in at Lake Las Vegas! Great view of the lake and the stage for Saturday concerts. Super furniture on the large balcony and everyone has their own bathrooms! 3/3.

A great place for our group!
This place was amazing! Our group enjoyed the area very much. We were familiar with the property since we've stayed before in different units. This place had a patio that was fantastic - great people watching. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Great area too - wish the weather was a bit warmer... but it was a fun week.

Quiet escape
Quiet area outside of Las Vegas. Views of lake and mountains are awesome. There is a little grocery store steps away for anything you would want. Also a few good restaurants right there as well. Played golf at Reflection Bay which you can see from the balcony.

Great location at Lake Las Vegas. 3rd floor views of the water and the village below. Very peaceful and tranquil. This place is great if you are looking to have a more quiet and relaxing trip to Vegas instead of staying on the strip!

The Best of Vegas
This gem is located in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson NV, just outside the Las Vegas. The unit is perfect for 1 to 3 couples with two ensuites and the third bedroom with a bath nearby. The Condo is delightful and the property is charming. It is located in a village adjacent to the Lake. We plan to return.

Fantastic location!
We really enjoyed Paul’s property. The unit is very spacious and has a fantastic view of the lake and village below. Perfect concert venue, spot, wonderful windows, and three bathrooms was perfect for five women. Plenty of room, plenty of fun. We had one issue with the bathroom faucet not working properly and maintenance came and took care of it the next morning, and that made us happy. We would recommend this place to anyone!

What a wonderful, spacious condo in an incredibly beautiful and fun location. The views out all windows are amazing and so relaxing. There is a convenient small grocery store with coffee and sandwiches within easy walking distance and several restaurant options. My two sisters and I had to make last minute accommodations because of an unexpected death in the family. Paul was quick to respond, and we were booked for the next day. We each had a bedroom and bath plus a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Have vacationed in Montelago Village for a number of years, and loved the location and atmosphere. Purchased condominium in the Viera Complex when an opportunity became available.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase a vacation home in Montelago Village as a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect for vacationing families with kids. Being 25 minutes from the strip, it offers the availability of Las Vegas night life and shows, and then return to the very relaxed and beautiful atmosphere of this replica of an Italian village.
