HOUSE RULES

Kauai style, please REMOVE SHOES once inside the condo. (Kauai sand is sticky and our mud stains.)

NO SMOKING in the unit or patio.

STRICT LIMIT OF TWO PEOPLE: No young children or pets.

LIABILITY WAIVER: Our property provides complimentary beach gear during your stay with us - snorkel sets, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. By booking a reservation, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in utilizing these amenities. You also agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from utilizing these amenities.

EXTENDED STAYS: For reservations lasting more than 7 days, an additional cleaning may be required. Please note, the closest laundry mat is located in the town of Kapaa (20 minute drive).
