Discover the ultimate beachfront getaway in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Our condo is your gateway to relaxation, fun, and a wide range of activities for you and your family. Located directly on the beach with great ocean views and private beach access, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Accommodations:

Our recently renovated and redecorated condo is a testament to our love for the beach and the St. Augustine area, which we frequent several times a month. Nestled on the second and third stories, this condo boasts two fully furnished balconies overlooking the ocean and one of the two pools. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a delightful dinner, these balconies offer the perfect backdrop.

Inside, our well-equipped kitchen comes with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. The kitchen's cold-water tap is filtered for both drinking and cooking.

After a day at the beach or pool, relax indoors while watching cable on the 55” HD TV. If you need a break from the family fun downstairs, retreat to the master bedroom, equipped with a 42” HD TV and a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle, making it perfect for families or groups.

For your convenience, we provide ample linens which include towels, beach towels, and an initial set of toiletries. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. If you happen to forget any essentials, a grocery store and Target are just a short distance away. We also offer beach toys, board games, and two beach chairs for your enjoyment.

Access:

Our condo offers hassle-free self-check-in via keypad. The community features a gate that requires an access code for added security.
Two parking tags are included with your rental. Please ensure they are visible to avoid any towing issues.

Notes:
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
• Motorhomes, trailers, boats, jet skis, and other recreational equipment are not permitted.
• Additional county/community policies will be outlined in the rental agreement.

My wife and I are VERY particular and are spending 2025 celebrating our 50th Anniversary. St. Augustine is where we went on our honeymoon. Spending a week at the Turtle Nest could not have been nicer !

A Seaside Nest for Turtles and Humans

My husband and I just spent three weeks at the Turtle Nest condo in Ocean Villas.The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated and updated, the kitchen was equipped for chefs and there was a closet full of everything beach lovers would need. We enjoyed the two balconies with ocean views, met lovely people at the heated pool and took long beach walks watching surfers, sea birds, collecting shells and petting every single breed of dog. A large variety of restaurants and coffee shops are within a walk or short drive. We gained five pounds eating bowls of clam chowder (which I never liked before) and ice cream at Cone Heads. The owners went above-and-beyond by supplying necessities to get your vacation off to running start. I especially appreciated the paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, toothpaste, shampoo, lotion and cleaning products. What a nice touch! An abundance of fluffy bath towels in both bathrooms and beach towels made you feel like this was a high-end hotel. The custom-made Turtle Nest coffee mugs, oyster mirror and fish lamp made me smile every single day. Exploring historic St. Augustine was a short drive away. I highly recommend the Farmer's Market every Saturday morning at the Amphitheater (concerts too, if you plan ahead), touring St. Augustine, the Lighthouse and checking out the live music scene. We crammed so much in, but still found a way to relax, read, nap and get sand in our shoes. Thank you for being incredible hosts, Renee and Scott!

Condo was great for our family of 4. Perfect pool for kids (ours were 3 and 5) with direct beach access. Owners were very easy to work with and proactively communicated with us as a hurricane barreled through the day before our stay.

We loved everything about this place, the apartment was super clean, very well equipped with household items, everything you need for the beach including sand toys. It was very close to the beach, you can go back and forth at any time as it is not even a 4 minute walk. The pool was really nice. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back to the turtle nest.

Best VRBO yet!

This condo has everything you need! The owners supplied all the necessities (which literally is the first rental I’ve stayed at that did that). They communicated so well. The condo was cozy and felt at home. Decorated beautifully . All furnishings were comfortable , the pool and beach literally footsteps away. My kids (11 and 3 ) loved the condo! We will be back!

Relaxing and Good Location

This was a nice property with a good amount of space in the condo. There were six of us staying in this condo and we never felt crammed. We enjoyed both pools as well as the walk to the beach. We also liked how convenient it was to restaurants and putt putt. One of our favorite things was how we could drive our truck onto the beach which made the walk easier since we didn’t have to carry any beach necessities. We enjoyed our stay! Loved the location so much! Also loved how the house had chairs, towels, and more beach supplies! Would definitely stay there again!

Beach getaway

We had the most amazing time at The turtles nest Saint Augustine, Beach Florida. The condo is beautifully decorated. So much attention to small details which makes the property so inviting and welcoming. Beyond clean and stacked with everything you would need to make your vacation perfect from toiletries to full kitchen to beach equipment and towels. Great communication with host. Amazing location a few steps away from the beach with two pools. Wonderful community. And very close to Saint Augustine to enjoy this beautiful town. Most definitely choose to go back to this property highly recommend!!!

Wonderful condo with easy access to the beach and pool, just steps away. Beautifully decorated and very clean. A Very Special Place

Many thanks to Scott and Renee for being such thoughtful hosts! Our family had the best time during our St Augustine Beach vacation staying at the Turtle Nest at Ocean Villas. The condo is gorgeous, immaculately kept with comfortable furnishings and stocked with every amenity for our convenience. Publix grocery is right down the street and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals for the family. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony and close proximity to the pool and beach. The grounds are lush and serene- absolute paradise. It was also very easy to drive into the city and explore The Pirate Museum, Castillo de San Marcos and shopping on St George street. We are so grateful for the memories made here!
