Make yourself at home at this peaceful coastal getaway. Centrally located with nearby shops, grocery, restaurants and minutes from great fishing. Just a short drive to ferry over for some beach fun at Port Aransas. Bringing your boat? Only 1 block away from the main entry to Conn Brown Harbor launching ramps, You and your guest also have access free of charge when you stay with us to the Port Aransas Community Swimming Pool.
Master king bedroom has a sitting room with a couch and large flat screen tv. Walk in shower, and a separate deep soaking bath tub. The second bedroom has queen bed and 1 bunk bed queen over queen. Across the hall is the second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Living room and dining has plenty of room for a big family.
One RV hook up is available. Max occupancy is no more than 10 people. The Rv spot would be an additional fee of 100.00 per night.
