About this property

This fun mid century Palm Springs home is close to everything! It is a 5 minute drive to old town. Great shopping, ball parks, award winning golf courses, a casino, great restaurants, hiking trails, and old town Scottsdale entertainment. The home has a heated pool, games, lots of space to play outside, a gas fire pit and a bbq area to cook. You can relax and feel safe in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in with a smart lock and full use of the two car garage with garage code.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds with each bed being a full. There is a kitchen that is fully stocked with cups, cooking pots and pans, utensils….etc. there is a laundry room that is available to use at all times.
