Bright & Breezy Bay Crown Point Studio +AC +Bikes BLUE HILL
2nd story, top-level breezy & bright studio apartment across the street from Sail Bay in Crown Point Pacific Beach San Diego. This unit boasts wood floors, travertine bathroom, and a full kitchen. Comes with air conditioning, 2 bikes (w/ locks), and everything you need for a 5-star vacation. Ideal for 1-2 people, but couch or air mattress can accommodate another if needed. Great breeze, privacy, and light!
The studio is named after our favorite town in Maine. It was the first trip Melissa and I took as a couple from San Diego. The studio is 357 square feet, w/ a small alley-facing balcony. It has a full sized kitchen with 1 counter stool to sit/eat at. The L-couch is great for sleeping/napping. A flat screen HD TV is included w/ Apple TV connectivity.
The full sized kitchen has quartz counters & full-sized stainless refrigerator and electric range. We have done our best to fully stock the kitchen with all means to be able to cook and dine. Blender, coffee maker, water boil kettle, toaster, microwave also provided.
Studio comes with mini-split Air Conditioning & heat, common washer dryers in courtyard for your use (laundry detergent there for you to use), 2 beach cruiser bikes (w/ bike locks), common BBQ grill in courtyard for your use.
The unit is on the top floor of a 2-story structure (stairs to access). Please be respectful of neighbors below you.
Communal courtyard has seating, BBQ grill, fitness equipment, outdoor shower, hose for sandy feet, and toys/balls/games for kids.
Kids live on property and visit property. Property is kid-friendly. You will likely see and occasionally hear kids and their toys during your stay.
This is a 357 square foot studio with the following appliances and amenities: full sized stainless steel range (oven/stove), full sized stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, tower fan, mini-split AC/Heat system. Blue Hill studio is privately entered, and is very safe/secure, and it is a large comfortable space. The common/shared BBQ area and courtyard is yours to enjoy, but of course it's communal space shared by another studio, and my wife and I live on property so our young boys play with toys there too sometimes :). There is a hose for washing sand off feet at SW of property as well as a hot water outdoor shower. BBQ grill is yours to use.
If you require a queen sized air mattress, let us know. You are also welcome to use the included, common washer dryer. See white binder for location of the washer dryer. Laundry detergent is included.
Street parking is free, safe, and always available within 1 block (On Buena Vista Street near Moorland is always a guaranteed spot).
