This is a beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 3 bedroom and 4 bath condo on the 2nd floor with 4 flat screen TV's. Including a 50 inch flatscreen in the family room. With its modern decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a family resort vacation spot for your enjoyment!

The living area is decorated with 2 sofas and a recliner, a large 50 inch flatscreen TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views of the beach and ocean. A wet-bar and beverage cooler complement the living area. The patio features a large seating area with a patio table and 6 chairs, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo's master bedroom has French doors which open to beautiful views of the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. One sleeper sofa offers another queen bed. From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you'll feel you're in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the family room you will have incredible views of the ocean that spans for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters.

The condo also provides a full size washer and dryer. Covered parking provides protection for your car from the sun, heat and salt breezes.

Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water slide. The indoor pool and two hot tubs are perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state-of-the-art fitness room and sauna.

Beautiful location!

The unit was in a beautiful location, it was wonderful to be able to view the gulf/beach and be able to overlook the pool deck at the same time. Everyone was very friendly. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only issue is that the unit needs to be updated and a thorough cleaning. It was pretty dusty and the beds were very firm!

Wonderful stay

Really nice condo and great location. Condo was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. All of the items we needed for cooling were available. Great communication with the owner of the condo. Lazy River and the pool are very nice to have a break from the beach and ocean especially when the water is rough or has jelly fish. Will stay here again. Thanks for a great rental!

Perfect for families

We had a great stay April 8-15 with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 9, and 12). The weather was not the greatest, but it was okay because the indoor pool and hot tub option kept us entertained. The unit was as descibed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed being on the second floor so we could just walk down the stairs instead of waiting for the elevators. We enjoyed the view looking just over the pools and beautiful palm trees and hearing the waves. Larry was quick to respond with any questions and was very helpful!

The size is great. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I would say the only thing was the amount of items to cover; dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper,paper towels,zip lock bags, garbage bags and the normal everyday items. I have stayed at other beach homes that offered a little more of daily items and beach towels, beach chairs. Maybe this is the way Orange Beach condos all handle it. None of above would change my mind about staying here, just difference between hotel stays and condo. Location, size, view, cleanliness sell this place!!

Comfortable Condo

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. Space is clean and as described. It was more than enough space for 4 of us. Great patio for eating , card playing and watching beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We would stay again.

Even though we had some rain! The gulf was beautiful and we really enjoyed being in 2nd floor and having stairs to go down to the pool! Really nice unit! Cell phone service was not good but that was ok!

Perfect week vacation spot

We had the best time staying here! The condo was plenty of room for all of us and even with young kids there was so much to keep them entertained but was fun for us adults too! The condo is a perfect location and makes it so convenient to get to all the amenities, etc. we had no issues at all and would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful condo

Condo was just as described. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms! The balcony was right over the pool so we could watch our kids swimming in the lazy river and also had full view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Tremendous location and pool options

The second floor room was very nice for easy access to both the pool and the beach. The beach is so close to the condo and makes for amazing views from the patio. The pools give you flexibility for all ages! That was perhaps our favorite thing! They have a kiddie pool, a neat slide, a lazy river and then there is another pool that you gradually walk into instead of having to use steps. The slope is gradual and only goes to 5 feet dee. It was very user friendly for our two and a half and our1 and a half year old grandchildren. The condo is very nice and has 4 bathrooms which is awesome. Larry was extremely helpful, and we could not ask for more. Great experience and we are planning on coming back!

I had been to this property before but this was my first time in this unit The owner was wonderful, the unit was spacious, the accessibility to the garage was beyond easy. The only thing that was a bummer (and NO fault of this specific unit or owner) was the facility’s rule about closing the indoor water features when it’s raining outside. I recommend — 100%!

Great week away at this beautiful property

family of 4 adults and one teen, so 3 bedrooms and 4 baths were perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Getting in and out of this 2nd floor condo was easier then a hotel room. You can park and walk a few feet to your level and a few more feet to your condo door. The view was better than I thought just above the palm trees and great view of pools, beach and gulf. If I could add one thing to this condo it would be a couple lounge chairs on the balcony. Cant wait to go back there again!!

The unit was very dusty and the floors were not very clean. The condo property was not kept very clean. Trash and debris in parking garage. We do however appreciate the fact that we were able to still come down and stay.

Grace was with us !

You can’t predict months in advance your vacation will be hindered by a once in a lifetime pandemic or TWO hurricanes in the Gulf at one time but that’s what happened to our family. This property however had everything we needed for rainy days, family time, dining in or out. The lazy river kept us entertained throughout the week and our family had a wonderful week! Can’t wait til next year!
