Welcome to a unique space in Bogota we have remodeled an old house in Chapinero Alto and we have converted it into a unique coworking space, where you can enjoy the work areas during the day, and rest in your mini loft at night.
We are located in one of the most exclusive areas of Bogota, a perfect place for short or long stays. An ideal place to enjoy the best of the city in a quiet residential area with the best amenities.

The Space:
Our mini loft is charming and cozy. In a space of 18 mts2 you will have everything you need: comfortable double bed, wifi, tv, work desk, mini fridge, microwave, 1 burner electric stove, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils for 2 and space to store your personal belongings. You also have your own private bathroom with hot water.
The mini loft is located on the second floor, has a traditional decoration and has a large window that will allow you to enjoy natural light.
If you need a washer and dryer, we have a laundry area with an additional cost. In addition, you can also access our coworking area at an additional cost.

Nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso a su mini loft. en caso deseen usar la zona de lavado y el coworking este tiene un costo adicional.

Tenemos una lavadora secadora junto al apartamento en las zonas con las siguiente tarifas:
- Estadías de 1 a 7 noches: $15.000 COP
- Estadías 7 noches a 20 noches: $25.000 COP
- 20 noches-28 noches: $35.000 COP
- Estadías de 1 mes o más: $50.000 COP mensuales

IMPORTANTE: Todos los ciudadanos de nacionalidad colombiana, independientemente de la duración de su estancia, y todos los extranjeros que permanezcan en el país al menos 60 días consecutivos deberán pagar a partir del 1ro de enero de 2023 el IVA (19%) en el checkin. Los extranjeros con visado de turista están exentos de este impuesto. Si comparten habitación una persona sujeta a pagar el impuesto y otra exenta del mismo, la tasa se podrá aplicar a toda la habitación.
