The space:
The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Newly installed hot tub, fire pit, pool table, and dock are the most popular amenities of this house. Hot tub fits 5 comfortably, dock is a few minutes away, most of the walking is on a flat surface and gets a little steeper by the end of it. Dock sits on deep water. The house offers seasonal views of Lake Lanier (you can see the lake from the house when trees lose their foliage) and is surrounded by tall mature oak trees providing privacy and cool in the summer.

Sights to see:
Lake Lanier and the surrounding area has many well-known tourist attractions. Here are a few, within a 20–30-minute drive from the house:
• Helen is absolutely majestic year-round, but especially in late fall and winter. While there don't forget to get traditional German food at one of the many restaurants they have, take a look at Christmas decoration stores, glass blowing gallery, take a swing at Alpine mini golf Village and Cool River tubing is the thing to do if you are here in the summer.
• Anna Ruby falls is close to Helen and so very enjoyable.
• If you like to hike - Appalachian Trail, Helen to Hardman Heritage Trail, Mount Yonah Trail.
• Check out North GA Wineries, if you are skeptical - don't be, they are amazing, and to dine at Wolf Mountain Winery you'd have to make your reservation way ahead of the visit.
