Known for the unique birds of Florida, sea turtles nesting and the nature of St. Joseph Bay, you will love to stay in Port St. Joe. With beach access only one door down, you can access the water with ease. Decorated perfectly for the beach cottage it is, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an awesome hang-out area downstairs! Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking. Up to 2 dogs, 50lb max each and kenneled if alone in home. Pet Fee $150

- A one day set of basic toiletries are provided

-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay

-Two towels and washcloths are provided per guest. 

-While all of our homes do have internet, we do not handle wifi and cable at your vacation rental, if your internet were to go out you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs. 

-You cannot drive a golf cart on the beach at this area without a beach permit tag, contact the local TDC for details
-Beach gear cannot be left out on the beach
-Holes must be filled before leaving the beach
