WELCOME TO BEAUTIFUL MONARCH COVE IN LAKE OF THE OZARKS FOR YOUR PERFECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS GETAWAY!! We have a very spacious three bedroom and three bathroom corner unit located in Upper Monarch Cove. With a corner unit, we have a Beautiful wrap around balcony with fabulous views of the sunrise and stunning views day and night on the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. A great perk is that our unit comes with an approximate 42 foot boat slip with hoist, and two wave runner slips for your convenience.
Our unit is equipped with a surround sound stereo system, which includes speakers out on the balcony, in the master bedroom and master bathroom, with their own volume controls. This unit has a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to a large living room and a gorgeous bay window that sets off the dining room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything you should desire. We also have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas fireplace and jetted whirlpool bath in the master bathroom. We supply bath towels, linens and beach towels. This unit has three smart tvs and also has cable tv in the living room and master bedroom so you have access to local channels and news. This unit will comfortably accommodate eight people. Monarch Cove has three beautiful swimming pools, each with their own spectacular views to choose from, two of which have hot tubs and the main pool has a large grilling area for large gatherings. We are located on the parking lot level and there is an elevator located right outside our door for access to boat slips and the pools. So this property is very handicap accessible. We are conveniently located on mile marker 2 within a five minute drive to the main strip, Woods grocery store, Sergios Mexican restaurant and helicopter rides! The main strip has several great bars and restaurants such as Casablanca’s, Tucker Shuckers, and Alley Cats, just to name a few. For those of you who love to golf, there are several awesome options close by to mile marker 2. We fell in love with this area from first glance and we know you will too!!
