You'll love this nautical-themed cottage that comes with a full kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living room space, and a separate bedroom with (2) full beds. The unit has free wireless WiFi and Cable. Cottage has an AC and Heating unit as well as a screened in front porch. You are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot-tub (opens May 25, 2025). Conveniently park beside the cottage. This place has a private, outdoor grill. This property also has a playground, basketball court and other outdoor activities. Coin operated washers and dryers available on site. The cottage comes provided with fresh sheets and towels. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please be advised that we have an absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy! You will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,500.00 USD for violating this policy. We need to be respectful to our other guests who may have health issues.

Girls getaway

Cute little cabin, close to everything we wanted to do. Didn't find bedding for futon. Made due with bedding off spare bed. Had issues with nmaintaining a consistent water temperature in the shower

Overall nice

Looked like some renovations were going on and some things were in progress still. The place was clean, overall comfortable and well furnished. Owner is very responsive.

Very Lovely place!

This cottage is perfectly clean and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. We booked online and you always wonder if you will love it. Well it exceeded my expectations. The location was great for touring along Maine’s southern coastal area and the maps and brochures left for us were helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Cynthia’s place was perfect for what we were looking for. Cute and enough space for 2 people - would highly recommend to anyone looking in the wells/kennebunkport area

Superbe 3 jours au chalet 124. La piscine était bien apprécié par la petite fille de 8 ans. Situé seulement a 5 min. De la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié.

Beautiful Cottage

My husband and I needed a wkend getaway and this was the perfect spot. The cottage was exactly as shown on the pics it was very clean, space was perfect had everything you would need to be comfortable kitchenware utensils towels, etc. perfect accessibility to the beaches, restaurants and groceries. Short drive to York zoo, beach and the outlets. Definitely recommend. Host was very responsive.

Maine Trip

We had a blast. My daughter loved how close we were to the pool. I liked the location as well. Everything was very handy to us and the drive to the beach was around five minutes. The property was very clean and comfortable.
