Step inside to discover an inviting open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and great room. Hardwood floors, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and exposed beams create a charming lodge-style ambiance. The great room features a striking floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace, complemented by a full-length sofa and mid-century modern club chairs for relaxed post-mountain gatherings. Glass doors open to a wide deck, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surrounding mountains.

Adjacent to the living room, a 14-seat dining area complements the gourmet kitchen, where a breakfast bar with four high-backed stools provides additional seating.

The main level hosts two of the six spacious suites, each with picture windows and AppleTV. Plus the third bedroom, which can also be used as an office. The upper level hosts a bunk room and loft area with dry bar and game or snack table. The lower level features 2 additional en suite bedrooms, off of the den with a sectional sofa, large-screen AppleTV, fireplace, and shuffleboard table, perfect for kids or private après-ski relaxation. This level also boasts a wet bar and a 6-seat high-top café table. Glass doors open to a covered patio housing a private hot tub. Two additional powder rooms and a private laundry room add convenience to your stay.

For ski enthusiasts, a spacious ski prep room with lockers leads to a path towards the Northside Express chairlift, just across the street for easy walk to ski access. During the summer, hiking and biking trails are within a short walk.

Make use of the private 2-car garage, and additional 4 driveway spaces (no street parking) to explore the surrounding area, from Main Street Park City to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, both just a short drive away, less than 12 minutes.

Primary Suite: King Bed, the elegant primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a cozy stacked stone fireplace with a large-screen TV, and a sitting area furnished with two high-backed armchairs. The en suite bathroom features a soaker bathtub and a separate step-in steam shower. As well as an access door to the main floor deck.

Guest Primary Suite: King Bed, styled in a mountain modern décor and large TV.  The en suite bathroom includes dual sinks and a combination shower/bathtub.

Bedroom 3 (Office):  Twin + Trundle Bed, this cozy room can be used as an office or bedroom, complete with a built-in desk, and large-screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a combination shower/bathtub.

Upper Level

Bedroom 4 : Two twin/twin bunk beds, in this kid-friendly room with vaulted ceilings, a large-screen TV, and two bean bag chairs. The en suite bathroom comes with dual sinks and a combination shower/bathtub. Adjacent in the hallway is a dry bar and a two-seat snack table.

Lower Level

Bedroom 5: Queen Bed, this sunny room exudes cheerful hues, a large TV and an en suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

Bedroom 6: King Bed, styled in cottage décor with a hardwood credenza, this room offers a private balcony, wall-mounted TV, and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.
