The Space:

This private retreat offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for the mind, body, and spirit. Step into the backyard, where you’ll find everything for classic California fun: a tropical pool, jacuzzi, cabana with fire pit, life-size games, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and LED lights that bring the space to life at night. For a peaceful escape, head to the Zen Garden, which includes a mini food forest with passion fruit, lime, lemon, nectarine, apricot, and avocado trees. Keep up with your fitness routine in the garage gym, then have some fun with arcade games or a round of ping pong.

Inside, the home features a soothing boho-chic design with modern touches. The kitchen’s sleek lines and stainless-steel appliances make cooking easy and enjoyable. With a gas range and plenty of storage, meal prep is a breeze, and the smart fridge even lets you stream music while you cook. Meals can be shared at the dining table or the bar, which opens up to the living room. Relax on the cozy leather sectional by the fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows with the 55” Smart TV.

The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a calming color palette and thoughtfully chosen furnishings.

Guest Access:

The entire property, including the guest house, backyard pool oasis, hot tub, zen garden with fruit trees, garage gym, laundry facilities, driveway, and front yard are exclusively yours to enjoy! You'll have complete privacy throughout your stay.
Please note, the guest house does not have its own bathroom or sink.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 48 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

The guest house does not have a bathroom.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available for $200 (82 degrees) and spa heating is complimentary. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from the host.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
