Pacific Palms is located in Jaco about a 1 minute walk to the beach and also the BEST beach bar in all of Jaco. It's about a 10-13 quick minute walk into downtown and half of the walk you will be oceanside.

In downtown you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shopping, banks, ice cream & coffee shops and much more. It's about a 12 minute walk to the Cocal Casino.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE CHEFS - DOORMAN - COFFEE STATION - 2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS (Airport Transfers are for Reservations made after Feb 27 only) :

IT'S ACTUALLY VERY VERY SIMPLE! ALL tours, airport transfers (unless renting cars), boats, and services (NO MINIMUM REQUIRED) must ALL be booked with our co-hosts Jaco Party Rentals Customer Service after you book. If this is not complied with you will not receive the FREE 24 HOUR DOORMAN, 2 AIRPORT TRANSFER, COFFEE STATION & CHEF SERVICE. Also read House Rules on bottom of the Website Page of the House. Note the booking bonus has no cash value.

Note the restrictions are easy to agree to as we will give you great prices for all the services, boats, airport transfers, DJs, massages, and tours you need for your vacation (We will send you a price sheet after you book). If you accept the Free Massages and Chefs and you wind up not complying with the rules after you arrive you will need to reimburse us for all of the services used (Prices will be on Price Sheet).

CHEF SERVICE : Is included for breakfasts & dinners if you comply with the restrictions above. Groceries and pre-tip ($2 pp per meal) are NOT INCLUDED - You can add a lunch chef for an extra cost. We will send you menu options after you book to see all of your choices and food costs. Chef service is one of the best parts of your vacation as you will wake up to an incredible breakfast to start the day and enjoy an amazing dinner ranging from steak, bbq ribs, pasta, paella, chicken, seafood, salads, veggie options & more (and yes you can get appetizers & desserts as well if desired)!

Note the average price for a group of 15 for a breakfast & dinner chef is around $235 per day (Groceries and tip not included). So this is a UNBELIEVABLY HUGE SAVINGS for your group!

CHEF SERVICE TIMES FOR BREAKFASTS & DINNERS (FOOD ON TABLE) :
Breakfast Serving Times (2 options) - 7 am to 8:30 am or 10:30 am
Lunch Serving Time - Noon to 3 pm
Dinner Serving Times (2 options) - 5 pm to 6:15 pm or 8:30 pm to 9pm

IMPORTANT : ALL Chefs and Times MUST be booked at least 1 week before arrival or they will not be included in the rental for free.

NIGHT TIME DOORMAN ($200+ VALUE) - They will be there to greet you when arrive at the property and make sure nobody unauthorized enters your property when you leave. This gives you great peace of mind as you go back and forth from the house daily to do other activities. Not many houses offer this amenity in Jaco so this is a great perk to have for your vacation.

BLACK COFFEE/HOT TEA STATION (PRICELE$$) - We will set this up for you daily from 9am to 5pm at the back bar in the living room so you can enjoy free black coffee and hot tea daily. We will also supply sugar and honey daily too. We will also include 50 tea bag total (not per day) of our choice. No milk included so buy your own if needed.

2 FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS ($550 VALUE) - 1 Free Airport Transfers from SJO Airport to Jaco and 1 Back ONLY (16 passengers maximum per transfer). We can pick you up in San Jose but there will be an additional cost. All other transfers are NOT included and are a separate cost. (This addition is for all reservations made after Feb 27)

The amazing roof deck with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean and sunset & sunrise. Roof deck has a covered bar with bar stools, coffee machine, refrigerator, tv, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, 6 person dining table along with a small dip pool facing the ocean (See Photos). Half bathroom.


WASHER/DRYER : Are NOT for use by the clients. We can do your laundry for $4 per load if needed. We will Not wash tennis shoes or extremely muddy clothing (Note electricity per kilowatt is very high in Jaco so that is why it is so expensive).

TIPPING : Tips are not included for concierges, doormen, cleaners, DJ's, and any other person who comes to your property to give you services. Tipping is not required but welcomed if you think they did a great job for you.

**The place is great for families, guys groups, corporate events, birthday parties and more that want to party or just want to enjoy each others company as it offers most everything you need for all occasions.
