My family and I were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Petaluma and beyond. I would recommend this house to anyone.
The owner was easy to reach and available to answer questions. The house was a great location in Petaluma and we could walk downtown to explore and visit local parks.
We had a nice stay visiting family in Petaluma. The location of this house is excellent and in a walkable part of this charming town. There is a large bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, which is where my father stayed and allowed for some separation from my family and me who stayed upstairs. My husband used the elliptical, which was nice to have. The host’s communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
Such an adorable home! A home with such character! Stayed there with friends for three nights. Steve has the best host, helping us out with a few issues we had (nothing to do with the house). Location was close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Steve!
Three couples stayed at the property. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of room, and a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen appliances are up to date, the shower water pressure is awesome. We also hosted a casual afternoon party with another ten people, and there was lots of room, especially connecting the living room with the patio. We saw our host twice, he was very responsive.
We were 3 couples traveling to the wine country to enjoy a quick vacation. The house was the perfect size for us and the owner was very responsive. We had plenty of room to congregate and visit. There is a lovely patio out back to enjoy the gorgeous Petaluma weather. The neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a morning walk. The owner had coffee for us which was a nice touch. We highly recommend staying here.
We stayed at this property for a family wedding. Positives included the walkable location, we walked our dog into downtown every morning for pastries, and the neighborhood is adorable. The four bedrooms were great for our group size, but be aware that two of them are on the smaller size with smaller beds. The owner communicated well, we were staying during a heatwave and were very grateful that the house had AC
We stayed here with another family (6 total people...4 adults, one 17 yr old and one 10 yr. old) as a central location for visiting wine country and getting back to SF. Cute and spacious house on a cute street and Steve, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if staying in this area.
Great, quiet location. Could use a bit more cleaning between guests - details. The stairs could be challenging for some guests. Overall, a nice and convenient stay.
3 sibling get-together; first time in Petaluma to spend few days before bigger family gathering in Napa. House had everything we needed w/everyone having own bedroom and bath. Nice, safe neighborhood; stores/restaurants close….and good; enjoyed museum. Steve great host right next door; only suggestions: house could use thorough spring clean; grab bar in main floor tub. Thanks too, Steve for enjoyable visit with you.
We had a lovely holiday stay at this beautiful well-appointed house, with family coming from different parts of the country to visit with relatives in the area. Seven of us (plus our dog) stayed very comfortably (and an upstairs full bed could have accommodated another person). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom and a full bath downstairs. The stove and oven are excellent, and the kitchen is supplied with many good pots and pans for cooking and baking. The living rooms are spacious and have high domed ceilings, and there is nice woodwork and beautiful Tibetan rugs throughout the house. The weather was nice so we also enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Petaluma is a great town, and we appreciated being able to walk downtown from the house. Check in (and out) was super-easy. A great place to stay!
It was a delight to stay in this big comfortable house. Steve was super easy to communicate with and available for questions. I would recommend this place to friends.
The house was so nice and spacious. All our colleagues had places to work on laptops and could walk to town. Some of them were quarantined due to covid and Steve was very accepting and nice about the difficult situation!
