The sprawling, dog-friendly yard is surrounded by lush evergreens for added privacy and serene views. String lights, an assortment of lounge chairs, and a bistro table set the stage for all-day leisure on the upper patio. A gas grill, firepit, and outdoor dining table are furnished for backyard barbecues and starlight gatherings on the ground-floor patio. A private outdoor sauna is ready to help you relax and recharge after each day's adventures. The home itself is divided into two floors - each fully furnished for standalone living - making it a great option for a getaway shared with family or friends. Redmond Ridge Golf Club and the Redmond Watershed Preserve are within a five-mile radius. Carnation Farm and Marymoor Park, which features an RC plane airfield, a dog park, and access to Lake Sammamish, are both within a 10-mile radius. The Bellevue Botanical Garden is less than 12 miles away and the Cougar Mountain Zoo is 14 miles away. Wine enthusiasts will love being within 20 miles of numerous establishments in both Woodinville and Seattle.

Each floor features its own full kitchen. Separate living areas and smart TVs also provide flexible entertainment and downtime at home. A dedicated desk on each floor adds an extra layer of convenience for any remote working needs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
