The 4 bedrooms are equipped with the following:

2 bedrooms with one king-size bed ( 200cm x 200cm)
1 bedroom with one queen size bed each ( 160 cm x 200 cm)
1 bedroom with one twin size bed each ( 100cm x 200cm)
Guest access
It may happen that the address 635 N.E. 7th Ter is incorrectly indicated in the navigation system in the parallel street at Santa Barbara Blvd.
To be sure, the address is as marked on google map near the larger streets of Tropicana and Andalusia Boulevard
Other things to note
The following day after collection will be read by the building management of the electricity meter and a deposit of 20% of the rental price will be charged and settled accordingly. 48 hours after moving out, the electricity consumption and any damage will be charged to the security deposit and be charged for a refund.The contact person is our neighbor and property manager Carmen, who will do the check in check out, read the electricity meter and final cleaning.Cape Royal Golf Course ( 11460 Royal Tee Circle ) is about 10 minutes from the cottage.
The motorboat rental ( Pier 32/Walkers at Del Prado Blvd ) can be reached in 15 minutes (1503 SE 46 Lane). The car driver's license is sufficient in Florida to control a motorboat. However, you should at least have a bit of experience if you want to go out to the Caloosahatchee River beyond the relaxing canal ride, especially if it winds a bit.
Otherwise, the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood on the Arrowhead Canal, which is very easy to see from the pool.
Getting around
Parking is possible in the driveway or in the spacious garage which can accommodate 3 cars.
