Explore the city of Fort Worth and its surroundings at a peaceful and centrally located house in the city. This location is only a short drive to Downtown Fort Worth, The Stockyards, West 7th St., the Botanical Garden, Museum District and the Dickie's Arena. It is in a quiet and great location that is super accessible to the main attractions of the city! This rental was fully remodeled and is a great space to create new memories with family and friends.
This old cozy house has been completely updated and remodeled to modern finishings and amenities. The main body of the house is connected by the living room to the kitchen and dining room. It is a great open concept for families and entertaining. There are two bedrooms near the front of the house by the bathroom. By the dining area and the refrigerator is the primary bedroom and bathroom suite. The laundry closet is off on the other side of the dining area. You will have full access to the shared backyard. There is separate guest house (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) unit in the backyard. Both properties can be rented out at the same time as one listing. Please contact me for more information.

Hello there, we are based out of the Dallas area and have recently been more engaged in exploring and doing business in Fort Worth. We've discovered many exciting things to do and great neighborhoods in the area and are excited to host guests in Fort Worth!
Why they chose this property
This property was originally supposed to be a fix and flip. We ended up having internal issues with our business partners and ended up keeping this property as rental. It worked out because we are now expanding one of our family businesses from Dallas to Fort Worth, which has made keeping this rental to make more sense for us. We occasionally have to stay a night or two at this property so we thoughtfully decorated this house and made sure the amenities we provide are something we can enjoy ourselves.
What makes this property unique
This property is in a very central and low key location. We are very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping. It is an old house but was completely remodeled to modern design and amenities.
