This cozy villa is perfect for a couple and is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach, pickleball courts, and South Beach Marina. Situated on the second level, the villa features a Juliette balcony for you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Upon entering, you'll be impressed by the beautiful furniture and modern updates throughout. On your left, you'll find a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of storage space in the bathroom. Meanwhile, the closet to your right provides additional storage for your clothes and luggage.
