About this property

The house is a old FL Spanish style home situated on a 1/2 acre of land. It sits across the street from a the Hillsborough River with river access right in front of the house. We will have some Kayaks on the property available for you to use at your leisure. There is a working fireplace in the living room and a park nearby with a playground as well as sports fields available. Plenty of Tampa activities in easy access within the 10 mile radius of the house. Centrally located in Tampa. This .5 acre property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a view and access to the river and kayaks. Its 1.4 miles from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 9 miles from Downtown Tampa (Amalie Arena, Curtis Hickson Park & Channelside) as well as 5.5 miles from Historic Ybor!
