The property was clean, the communication with the owner was great. The property had everything we needed for our stay. I would only say that the house needs curtains, there are a lot of windows and it feels like you have little privacy.
We stayed with friends for a soccer tournament and college tours. The house was great! We loved to open concept and the outdoor space! We would definitely stay again!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly gorgeous home rental, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautifully maintained exterior that set the tone for our entire stay. The home itself was tastefully decorated, combining modern elegance with cozy charm. Each room was spacious and filled with natural light, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.
The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with high-end appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to whip up meals. We loved gathering around the dining table for family dinners, enjoying the lovely views from the large windows. The outdoor space was equally impressive, featuring a lovely patio area with comfortable seating and a beautiful garden that was perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Location-wise, it was ideal—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring our stay was comfortable.
Overall, this home rental exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway, and I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, look no further. You won’t be disappointed!
Fantastic stay. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely weekend stay while we were in town for Elon University's Parents Wknd. We will definitely be back.
The design of this house is extraordinary. The cleanliness and minimalism gives you space to think and relax. Owner gave great recommendations regarding local restaurants. Will definitely return.
My family and I were in town for a couple of nights as I graduated from UNC-G conferring a masters degree. The home looked just as it was described. It was beautiful and clean. Check-in was simple and easy and the owner communication was prompt and quick. The decor was strategically placed and the kitchen was well stocked. Also, the outdoor porch and fire pit were a hit with my family. Hence, we spent a lot of time outdoors.
The only complaint that I had, was after celebrating my graduation, we arrived back to the property, changed clothes and my husband went out back to watch TV and enjoy the grounds. While outdoors, a man, whom I assumed to be the owner, approached him and asked if his wife had texted me about parking. He then stated that we needed to park one of our vehicles that was there, in the gravel and not in the mulch, as they wanted to keep that area natural. It was dark when the second vehicle arrived and where the car was parked only had a little mulch but mostly gravel. This request/statement seemed petty and made the rest of our stay feel uncomfortable as we felt that we were being watched. While it may be the desire of the owner for vehicles to park directly in the front of the house, it would have been better to provide indirect guidance on the parking such as a sign to direct cars on where to park or roping off certain areas, rather than contacting or approaching the renter about this issue. For this reason I gave a 4 star review rather than a 5 star.
