Gorgeous and large home.
Master is on the other side of the home from the queen bedroom. Bedrooms three and four are in the center. Kitchen has all the amenities you would want. Need something? Ask us.

Beautiful custom-built home...looks out to Lake Havasu from several windows and sliders...and out to Pool/ Jacuzzi/Patio Tables Even a view of the Chemehuevi Mountans across the lake in California!

Great home for 2 or 3 families for a spring, summer or fall vacation...or for two or three retired snowbird couples during winter season.
Includes the pool table, pool (including the cement table INSIDE the pool with seating). Guest has the option to heat pool... minimum cost is $300.00.
ALSO...WE HAVE INSTALLED A NEW HOT TUB NEXT TO YOUR PATIO. which includes a cool water-falling feature. (We normally do not heat the in-pool spa).
There are two patio table sets plus chaise lounges for your comfort. A serene, stately home...also includes an outside tiled shower to rinse off before coming inside....and a simple BACK yard with horseshoe pit.

Lake Havasu City and Surrounding Area: Close to: Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Laughlin, Needles, Parker Dam and if course the beautiful Colorado River!

Lake Havasu City, Arizona, USA is a very unique area that offers a 23 mile long lake with great fishing, swimming and boating...it is so clean that California gets its drinking water from it. To boot, they brought in THE ACTUAL London Bridge...from London!

Also, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world is located 'down lake' from us a few miles...past the Parker Dam, the twisting and turning of the mighty Colorado River has etched its way into the land, creating some unbelievably beautiful canyons and high mountain backdrops, as it meanders along golf courses, camp sites, quaint marinas and happy vacationers en route.

Las Vegas is 2.5 hours Northwest of us. The Colorado River town of Laughlin is only about 1 hour Northwest. The Parker Strip along the Colorado...past the lake and the gorgeous Bill Williams River Reserve...begins about 25 minutes South of Lake Havasu City...and Havasu Springs on the lake.

Quiet location with good view
The house is as the the pictures depict. Its all a bit dated but the house was in good shape and clean. We chose this house becase of the pool and it looked like a quiet location which it was. Pool was great, Terry had it heated for when we arrived and was great the whole week. Everything in the house was older but everything worked for our needs and we're pretty easy going. If you are looking for everything flawless this probably isnt the best place for you. Nice view of the lake and great sensets. Little to no traffic and Terry was great to deal with through the whole process. I'd stay again

Very nice host - easy check in. Lovely pool and outdoor patio area. Great view. House is big, plenty of room. Pool table in one of the rooms. Bathrooms are nice. House needs a bit of an update but is comfortable. TVs have satellite and streaming. Driveway is steep with parking in the garage and flat area for 2 vehicles at the top. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the outdoor area. Nice neighborhood.

Was very enjoyable. We still had the pool that we are used to at home, after a long day on the channel. Everything was available for cooking outdoors. And for making breakfast in the morning. Definitely will come come back.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE- BEAUTIFUL HOME
Everything about this home and property was amazing. We all really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was clean, everything was clean. There were pool sticks for the pool table and basically everything that you needed to be comfortable was provided. The property manager was great and very helpful. Couldn't have imagined a better place to stay and can't wait to return. Even the neighbors were awesome. Well worth every penny!!!!

4 generations of our family were in Lake Havasu City for our son's wedding. From 9 year old nephew to 89 year old grandma. The home was very clean and everyone had a wonderful time.

Summer break
Two families stayed here with teenagers to kick off summer. The house is a great location. The view from the pool and kitchen is beautiful. The pool was cleaned. The kids used it one day. We were mostly gone for the day on the water. But it was nice to come back to the house in the evenings. The kids loved the pool table and tv with netfix to unwind from the heat. Terry was great to get ahold of and he had the house prepped if we need to bbq. House was cleaned and ready for us to stay in. If you looking for a laid back lake house to come with your kids this is a great choice.

The View
1st off the view was amazing from the house. Can see the lake perfectly. The house was a perfect set up for our trip. Accommodated everyone comfortably. Terry was very communicative and was clearly available for any issues which we did of have any. He made sure to let me know if we had any issues call him immediately so he can remedy it. Pool was amazing as it’s in the front so you can see the lake while swimming. I will say that he has enough trash cans for trash especially when you have 10 people staying always an issue elsewhere when not enough room for trash and have to take with you. Highly recommended, Terry even called me to ask if all was okay and if we needed anything. Great host, thank you Terry!!

House with a million dollar view!
I stayed for a month at Terry’s house and it was a really great VRBO experience. Terry is super attentive and always responds through phone or text within minutes. The pool and hot tub with the view of Lake Havasu below is probably the highlight of the property. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub and access to the pool area through a sliding glass door. 4 TVs with Direct TV including 3 of the 4 bedrooms and a smart TV in the living room, a pool table, a garage and a secure gated parking area for a boat are some of the other features. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a short or long-term stay in Havasu!
