About this property

The Alsatian House is a charming typical house.

A charming half-timbered Alsatian house welcomes you, typical of the region. Built with stone and wood, it features a gently sloping roof covered in terracotta tiles.

Upon entering, a spacious entrance hall invites you to explore the different rooms of the house. On the right, you will find a comfortably furnished bedroom with a dressing area to store your belongings. This bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom, providing additional privacy.

To the left of the entrance hall, a large living room awaits you, perfect for sharing family meals or relaxing in front of the television.

The kitchen, located at the heart of the house, is the centerpiece. It is spacious and fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. You will find a large countertop ideal for enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee. Right next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with everything you need to take care of your clothes.

Upstairs, you will discover three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Alsatian-style ceilings, with a height of 2.04 meters, typical of the region, add a warm atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with Queen-size beds and share a bathroom with a shower and double sink. The third bedroom, measuring approximately 30 square meters, includes a large bathroom, a desk, and a reading area.

This Alsatian house has been completely renovated to offer optimal comfort while preserving its authentic charm. Some typical elements of Alsatian architecture, such as low ceilings and uneven floors, add character to the residence. It can accommodate groups of up to 8 people.

Please note that there is no dedicated parking space directly at the house. However, you can find parking spots nearby across the road. Although it is not adjacent to the house, there are always a few available spaces.
The Alsatian House is perfect for coming with family or colleagues, whether for a weekend or a week.
