Beautiful colonial house located in the historic center of Cartagena de Indias. Ideal to live the experience of a historic colonial place, with walls and details that have much to tell.

The Space:
The house can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, all rooms have air conditioning, fan, safe, cable TV, private bathroom with hot shower, amenities, Wi-Fi connection.

On the first floor there is a large living room with high ceilings and wooden beams.

The layout of the house is developed around the tropical garden and the large swimming pool.
Part of the soul of the house is the tropical garden and the pool, so the house is around these two spaces.

On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with king size bed and private bathroom, and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, we also find a courtesy bathroom. On the walls are left to view the changes in texture that denote the stages of construction of the house, details that highlight the history of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dining table by the pool, lounge with sun loungers.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with queen size bed, private bathroom, cable TV, fan, air conditioning and safe.

Guest Access:
La casa es privada, por lo que solo mis huéspedes harán uso de ella.

San Diego is located in the historic center of the city of Cartagena, a neighborhood with history full of romanticism, tranquility, happiness and harmony, which through its colorful houses, flowery balconies awaken in any visitor or inhabitant to appreciate that magic that surrounds it at dusk when its Streets are dressed imposing.

San Diego Square is the favorite place to share and enjoy all its charm, where you can find exclusive places to rest, for good food and to appreciate the history with its colonial aspect.

Other Things to Note:
La casa ofrece a sus huéspedes una empleada para preparar el desayuno (alimentos no incluidos) y limpieza diaria y la posibilidad de contratar servicio de cocinera con cargo extra.

No se permite la entrada a la casa nadie que no forme parte del grupo inicial.

IMPORTANTE: Todos los ciudadanos de nacionalidad colombiana, independientemente de la duración de su estancia, y todos los extranjeros que permanezcan en el país al menos 60 días consecutivos deberán pagar a partir del 1ro de enero de 2023 el IVA (19%) en el checkin. Los extranjeros con visado de turista están exentos de este impuesto. Si comparten habitación una persona sujeta a pagar el impuesto y otra exenta del mismo, la tasa se podrá aplicar a toda la habitación.
