Just 2 blocks from Sonoma’s Historic Plaza, this fully furnished Eastside home offers comfort, convenience and a friendly neighborhood. A long spacious hallway greets you as you enter. To the left is the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. To the right you’ll find a full bath, an office, and the stairs to the upper floor. Straight ahead is the living room which is designed to be lived in with a comfy L-shaped sectional, a tasteful recliner, and additional chair, a 55-inch UHD flat screen, a gas fireplace, and full glass shelved bar space.
The second floor has a large Primary suite with Cal King bed, walk in closet and, ensuite bath. On this floor is also another bedroom with Queen bed, full closet and an attached bath.
The lush private backyard looks out to tall neighborhood trees and includes seating, dining, a gas BBQ and landscape lighting. A ping pong table is also available.
