Our home is fully furnished sitting directly on top of Lake Winnisquam with a boat house underneath .. You can hear the waves splash against the home like being on a boat.. Swim and fish right out front. Just 1 hour 15 mins from Boston, Close to all ski mountains, golfing weirs beach , Tiltons shopping outlets all minutes away. Breath taking views of Gunstock mountain . Winnisquams clean sandy beach only a few homes away to walk or drive too. Our home sleeps 4-6. Can't get any closer to the water but to swim.. Bring your boat park right out front.. Enjoy our manicured acre of land offering 100ft of waterfrontage. BBQ Grills, fire pit , patio sets basket ball hoop . Private deck off living room. Wifi, two smart tv's ..
