The most desirable location in downtown Sarasota, this 1/1 condo overlooks Main Street and is a short stroll to Marina Jacks, downtown shopping and restaurants as well as The Sarasota Opera House. St Armand's Circle restaurants and shops and Lido and Siesta Key beaches are minutes away. The buildling offers 24 hour concierge, secure parking garage (fee), exercise room and pool/spa available as well as a social room with pool/library. This building requires a 3 month minimum stay and an application fee and a building security deposit. No pets. Available August 2023 through December 2023. Not avail J-M 2024. Note: Summer/Fall rental periods, guest pays electric bill over $100/month.
