French doors off DR to screen porch. Relax in spacious living room, or explore the outdoors with river access from a quiet backyard, ideal for kayaking. We are located on a convenient state road, half mile from the highway: 15-minute drive to UMass Lowell, 30-min drive to Boston or popular NH beaches.

Townhome for your exclusive use. Two-family house has one other tenant. Driveway is shared with two neighbors but you have two parking spaces in addition to single garage, fenced in side yard for your exclusive use next to side entry door. Bring non-motorized personal water craft to launch from the backyard at your own risk.

I enjoy hosting travelers in our property on the river. I love hearing where people are from and what brings them to our area.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in Methuen and I love our location on the river. It's a convenient location for guests visiting Massachusetts. We are a half an hour north of Boston off Route 93 and about a half an hour from beach communities like Newburyport/Salisbury and the NH coast.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a beautiful location on the water with a fenced yard and access to the river for anyone who brings their own kayak. It's relaxing but close to the highway and lots of shopping/food options.
