This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, arcade games and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walkin closets.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is equipped with a full size poker table. This home is about 10 minutes from the Rio Casino and has very easy access to the freeway. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property
Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, two bedrooms with king beds, and one other bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The family room has two fold out couches. The casita also has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and four dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Great family home for reunions

Our whole family was in Vegas for an weekend for a grandson’s high school basketball tournament. While there we had a great time in a roomy kitchen cooking family meals, playing pool, and spending hours outside around the pool. Lots to do, centrally located, and comfortable. Great communication with property manager who addressed any issues promptly!

This property was great. Very spacious, there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool & yard were great. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again. Amazing house! Perfect family getaway!

My family had an amazing vacation staying at this property. The house is extremely spacious, clean, and cozy. It has every amenity you could ever want and more! The sparkling pool was very relaxing in the 110 degree Vegas heat. The putting green, arcade games and billiard table kept us entertained when we weren’t in the pool. Each bedroom is very spacious with comfy beds and a smart TV. The location of the house is super convenient to local restaurants, the airport and the south end of the strip. The property owner, Jamason, was extremely polite, helpful and communicative prior to our arrival and during check in. This was by far the best experience I’ve had staying at a Vrbo rental.

Perfect summer getaway

We had an amazing time at this house. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us girls to spread out. There’s a lot to do at the property before heading out in the evenings. The pool was perfect! We didn’t have any issues with pool chemixals. The hosts were super communicative and flexible. I’d absolutely rent this property again.

First Vrbo we were disappointed in. upon arrival key code did not work, notified owner and was told to open lock box for key. we only could use key that week as when notifying owner of problem, never fixed. Found sofas and sleepers very worn, dirty and should have been replaced. shower in casita very moldy along with unit not being furnished with basic necessities. not pleasant place to stay in. games very similar and most did not work. not enough chairs for 9 people to sit. also had to move chairs to try to play poker. tried to pay for pool to be heated after first night, but pool never heated. Hot tub was included but never never got hot. Owner controlled the heating for both pools. Payed for 12 guests, and reported right away that we only had 9.,We were told extra cleaning fee would be refunded, we are still waiting, have not received refund.Rental vey old and unkept, poor communication with host.Host wrote us off when complaining about pools, telling us it was hot day.would never recommend to anyone, worst family experience.

The amount of space is excellent for 5 couples and kids. The furnishings/carpet are older and the sofa definitely needs replacing. More seating options would be ideal. We enjoyed the outdoor space even though the weather was cold. Wonderful proximity to the airport for shuttling multiple people in and out.
