Absolute Best Location! Our Townhome is set in the tranquil verdant gardens of Truman Annex, but close to everything...It is located a block and a half from the sunsets at Mallory Square, two blocks to Duval St and it's many restaurants, bars (most with live entertainment), a block from The Green Parrot, a 1/4 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Park, the best beach in Key West, or enjoy the shared heated pool. In addition, you will be within walking distance of many attractions such as The Hemingway House, the historic waterfront, boating and water sports.

The Townhome is an end unit with no one to the east. This offers a private, peaceful environment while outdoors, or with the doors open. The condo is fully equipped for your vacation needs. There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, nice sized closet, and french doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the garden. The deck has a new awning. The front bedroom also has a queen sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living room to keep the cook(s) involved with the party.

There is a nice sized interior dining area, but most days you will enjoy dining el fresco in your private garden/patio. Since this is an end unit, it is particularly private and peaceful.

Break out the blender, and make yourself a margarita and get on Island Time!

July 4th stay a blast
We immensely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful the aesthetics, the colors and decorations make the place bright and inviting. Celebrating our anniversary was special and enjoyable. Would visit again and higly recommend to others. Note, one small suggestion to move from white towels, even with washing they have a dingy color.

Gorgeous tropical oasis inside and out!
I really enjoyed the beautiful paint colors and high end furnishings. The condo was also 2 level, which was great so I never had to hear people pounding around upstairs or had to worry about making noise for any downstairs guests. This is a big plus, location stellar, very clean unit!

Bright and beautiful, clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, front and back porches plus deck off upstairs bedroom, terrific local support person who responds immediately, 15 minutes to the best beach, very short walk to Bahama Village, Duval, and everything else in historic Key West.

A Wonderful House in Key West
This property is a really great place. Quiet, and serene even though it’s very close to all the action in Key West. A short walk to Mallory Square, the Mel Fisher Museum and other sites. We found it nice that everything was in convenient walking distance. Nicely furnished kitchen.

It was great
Had a great time getting away from it all and hanging out. Did a lot and coming back to the house to unwind or rest was awesome. Most everything you could ask for was already on the property. House was clean and in a quiet section so relaxing. Save for the roosters crowing all day. Would definitely come back or recommend this.

We were able to walk to most places and we took the free Duval Loop bus. There was plenty of space for the three of us. The neighbors were very quiet and the pool was great. It could use a new mattress and pillows.

Key West Reunion
All of my extended family stayed in two properties in this annex. We were literally across the courtyard from each other. Our condo was lovely with all of the amenities we needed to make this such a memorable family trip. The owner was so accommodating and responsive. We had booked this place 6 months ago and did not even think about the hurricane season. Tim was so responsive and reassuring up to, and after the storm. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay in that same unit again. Five stars!!

This property is in the perfect location.
We loved the location. You can quickly walk to the beach and to the nightlife on Duval Street. The condo was modern and updated. We were very comfortable and I would certainly stay here again. One last pearl - the back patio was a great hang out for us during our stay.
