Absolute Best Location! Our Townhome is set in the tranquil verdant gardens of Truman Annex, but close to everything...It is located a block and a half from the sunsets at Mallory Square, two blocks to Duval St and it's many restaurants, bars (most with live entertainment), a block from The Green Parrot, a 1/4 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Park, the best beach in Key West, or enjoy the shared heated pool. In addition, you will be within walking distance of many attractions such as The Hemingway House, the historic waterfront, boating and water sports.

The Townhome is an end unit with no one to the east. This offers a private, peaceful environment while outdoors, or with the doors open. The condo is fully equipped for your vacation needs. There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, nice sized closet, and french doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the garden. The deck has a new awning. The front bedroom also has a queen sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living room to keep the cook(s) involved with the party.

There is a nice sized interior dining area, but most days you will enjoy dining el fresco in your private garden/patio. Since this is an end unit, it is particularly private and peaceful.

Break out the blender, and make yourself a margarita and get on Island Time!

July 4th stay a blast

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful the aesthetics, the colors and decorations make the place bright and inviting. Celebrating our anniversary was special and enjoyable. Would visit again and higly recommend to others. Note, one small suggestion to move from white towels, even with washing they have a dingy color.

Bright and beautiful, clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, front and back porches plus deck off upstairs bedroom, terrific local support person who responds immediately, 15 minutes to the best beach, very short walk to Bahama Village, Duval, and everything else in historic Key West.

This property was outstanding on all dimensions. It had the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The hosts were very responsive. It was the perfect base of operations for a weeklong birthday celebration. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous tropical oasis inside and out!

I really enjoyed the beautiful paint colors and high end furnishings. The condo was also 2 level, which was great so I never had to hear people pounding around upstairs or had to worry about making noise for any downstairs guests. This is a big plus, location stellar, very clean unit!

A Wonderful House in Key West

This property is a really great place. Quiet, and serene even though it’s very close to all the action in Key West. A short walk to Mallory Square, the Mel Fisher Museum and other sites. We found it nice that everything was in convenient walking distance. Nicely furnished kitchen.

The townhome was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor patio was a beautiful and we enjoyed our time reading and relaxing on the patio. The owners were very responsive to our requests and willing to work with us on our special request. We would stay again for sure!

Great location

We were able to walk to most places and we took the free Duval Loop bus. There was plenty of space for the three of us. The neighbors were very quiet and the pool was great. It could use a new mattress and pillows.

Lovely townhouse, great location, BUT…

The house was really perfect. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked, and all as promised. The location in relationship to downtown is ideal, everything is walkable. The one big issue is the yard backs up to a large parking lot that the locals use for late night parties. They park right up against the back fence and blast music into the wee hours. This went on every night for a week. Had it not been for that, everything would have been perfect.

Perfect Location - Spacious Condo

The condo was clean and spacious. Both bedrooms were upstairs with one bedroom having a beautiful balcony. There was a full bath upstairs and a half-bath downstairs, which was very convenient, so we didn't have to trek up the stairs.Communication with the owners was excellent. Beach chairs, pool noodles and other supplies were available and very much appreciated. We enjoyed the quick access onto Southerd by way of the walkway by the pool. The parking spot was perfect and provided quick and easy access to the condo. The front porch and back patio as well as the balcony upstairs were comfortable and inviting.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were very pleased with the rental.

It was great

Had a great time getting away from it all and hanging out. Did a lot and coming back to the house to unwind or rest was awesome. Most everything you could ask for was already on the property. House was clean and in a quiet section so relaxing. Save for the roosters crowing all day. Would definitely come back or recommend this.

Great Overall Property

Outstanding overall property; AC kept up, amenities were great, and kitchen was well stocked (cooked our catch with no issues). If I were to be nitpicky, the master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. After long days of diving and fishing, it was not conducive to recupping back and muscles. Lastly, where to put our trash was not clear, but we didn't contact the property either for clarity, so our fault. No deal breakers, we would definitely stay again!
