And after a long day, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the remarkable waterfront eateries or quaint village cafes that are easily within walking distance. Enjoy this unique opportunity to vacation in the Cannery Village where you can have your own little piece of this special beach haven! Amenities include: 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 with private adjoining baths, 2 car tandem garage parking spaces (standard size vehicles), inside laundry, dishwasher, large front balcony with a built-in natural gas BBQ, enclosed patio with accessibility from both the dining room and hallway, two fireplaces and vaulted ceilings!

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem garage spaces.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Ideal location

Enjoyed easy access to restaurants & grocery store and walks to the beach. While the window casings could use some care, the layout of the unit is ideal to capture the breezes. Appreciated all the cooking & dining ware (and spices left by previous tenants). Grateful for the dishwasher & pods. Bought some laundry pods at the grocery store. The tandem garage looked challenging for the minivan but it was easily doable with the side mirrors folded in. Overall, we would stay again. Made great memories!

Great location

It was the perfect amount of room for 6 adults. The location was great; an easy walk to the beach. The only issue is that there isn’t air conditioning, which is probably no big deal most of the time but we were there during August and even the provided fans weren’t enough to cool it down. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Great Condo Great Location

The upstairs condo was more than left accommodate three families with teenage girls. The location is perfect with restaurants shopping and grocery stores all within a couple blocks. Some of the best restaurants in Newport are literally a block or two away. Sitting up on the balcony overlooking the Back Bay each evening and morning was amazing.

It was so great. The property was perfect and close enough to everything. We parked our cars in the garage day 1 and didn’t take them out till the last day!

Bride Tribe Weekend - Complete Success

The house had great space. 4 of us were supposed to stay, but it was so perfect for 3. Very spacious. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Felt very relaxing during our downtime between events. Perfect place to rest. Not a lot of traffic. Great coffee shop across the street. Fantastic location to all the hot spots. Perfect weekend.

Great Covid getaway

The house was great for my husband and I and our 4 children and their friends. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, with the slight exception of the hallway bath did not have a shower, so people had to use another shower in someone's room. The pull out couch in the front wasn't needed by us, someone just slept on the couch, but I couldn't find extra sheets anyway. I would have called the property people if I really needed them. On the subject of the bedding, it was difficult to find extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and the beach towels they provide are small and thin and not very effective. I do believe it would be nice to have actual beach sized towels. Also, some of the lights were burnt out, so I believe just general maintenance would be helpful. The balcony was nice, but with the 2 plus large pots on the balcony, it was difficult to fit more than 4 or 5 people out there. With all this being said, I would return to this location. It is definitely in a more industrial and commercial setting, but it was away from the crowds that gather closer to the beach. The garage was nice for the cars, my Suburban was a tight fit, but we made it. I mention the above for the owner and property managers to possibly consider for future guests.

Great Location! Lots of space inside and outside!!

We love, love, LOVED ❤️ our stay at this great house. We had plenty of room inside and also loved sitting out on the patio. The property manager Jennifer was a delight and very helpful. We rented 4 beach cruisers and explored from Huntington Beach to Corona Del Mar. We also enjoyed the convenience of the two garage parking spaces for 2 small cars. The location was fantastic, we were close to everything we wanted to do and really loved the quiet street. There was an abundance of free parking after 6pm right in front of this unit.

Fantastic Rental Close to Everything

This is a great house for a big group. The location is perfect and everything is walkable. About a 4 minute walk from the beach and you are right on the bay side. Great speaker system, lighting, kitchen, beds, etc! You can’t go wrong with this spot! We were here for the Fourth of July weekend and had a blast.

The perfect place to gather four friends for a girl’s long weekend

I loved the location of this place and the pictures don’t do justice to the home. The beach is only a short walk away and we walked daily. There is a new cafe across the street called Tupelo Cafe and it is wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We ate there daily and it made the planning of meals easy. The grocery store is only a short walk away as is the nail salon and the wonderful Italian restaurant, Mama D’s. Since we saw the play Mama Mia in NY years ago, we took advantage of the initial showing at the Newport Beach Theater, which was about a 5 minute walk away. The patio is the perfect place, with a great ocean breeze, to enjoy an evening snack and a bottle of wine. There is no AC, but the breeze was wonderful. We had 2 cars parked in the garage beneath the unit which relieved the worry of street parking. All-in-all, the perfect place to meet up with my high school friends and enjoy Newport Beach.

We loved the beach condo. It is as the pictures show. Four blocks to the beach but quiet and lovely

Great. Loved the long layout of this beach condo. Plenty of space for all. Loved having 4 bathrooms and the 2 patios. The kitchen was well equipped. Interesting photos everywhere. Quiet and family friendly. We would rent this again.

Excellent service

I stayed with friends and all of our children, ages 2 through 16. The location was so nice, close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach that we could walk or bike to them all. Removed enough for peace and quiet relaxation on the upper deck when desired. We all had space to spread out, and enjoyed our stay immensely. The manager stopped by when we needed help with all the tv and sound system, and was quite helpful and friendly. Even after we returned home, the excellent service continued. My daughter had left several personal items behind ( ah..teenagers...). The managers were ever so helpful in locating them and returning them to us. We are so grateful, and look forward to returning to stay again!
