Worst vacation rental ever!
Inadequately stocked and in disrepair. 3 BR home with 2 guests for 1 mo. No toaster, no livingroom or bedroom side tables.No extra linen, blankets or towels- linen & bedcovers on beds only. We were given 1 ea bath, hand towel & facecloth, 1 ea dishrag & dish drying cloth. No bathmats on tile floors. When requested additional towels we were met with resistance but reluctantly given 2 more bath towels & hand towels. Owner stated she supplies only a “starter set” for the number of guests. Tough when the dryer took 4 hours to dry towels. Silverware included 3-4 of ea utensil. Adequate plates but only plastic bowls. 5 wine glasses and a stack of plastic cups. No water or cocktail glasses. Many things throughout the house were in disrepair. Upon arrival light bulbs were out in kitchen, both bathrooms, dining room and laundry room. Icemaker was broken, the main BR shower faucet broke twice. Unusable for 2 days 1st time, 6 days second time. We needed to use draino for clogged shower. Fan in master bath broken. Washer & dryer not working properly. BR Curtain rod broken. Fell apart and off wall everytime curtains opened or closed. Kitchen chair broke while sitting in it. (I am not overweight).Wifi out for a day for non payment. Backyard had large sink holes & debris, garbage in treeline. Small cement patio with 0 outdoor furniture. Back of house was moldy & windows filthy. Host responsive, pleasant, apologetic but deflective. Worst short term rental experience ever had.
